Phil Spector -- Hung?

The jury in the Phil Spector trial has indicated to a judge that they have been unable to come to reach a verdict.

Superior Court Judge Larry Fidler says he is considering giving the jury the option of weighing a possible manslaughter charge. The jury is currently considering only a second degree murder charge against the music producer.

The judge has just asked the jurors how they are split. The foreperson has told the judge they are divided 7 to 5. No word on how many are voting for a guilty verdict or how many are leaning towards acquittal.

106. Isn’t it ironic that Lana Clarkson achieved in her death, what she could not achieve in her life? She is finally famous.

None of us would even have known her name if she had not died at Phil Spector’s house.

Maybe the down on her luck “actress” saw an opportunity to actually achieve fame and recognition, the evening that she died. After all, it had to be tough, working as a waitress at the House of Blues, after her acting career was over. Usually, people who out come to L.A. become a waitress before they become an actress…

109. You've got to be kidding me... I really hope this sick man does not get off free for taking Lana's life. Well, one thing is for sure, if he is not convicted he will lose alot of money from the civil suit Lana's mother will be initiating and I think he will become much more of a recluse because the public will not want to see him. I think he will pay a price no matter what happens, too bad its not paying a price thru the justice system...

111. It was not her gun ,not her home,where would she even know where to find the gun? She did not know this person until that night,what does the jury not see......stupid.!!!! The guy is guilty. Can we really trust the so called justice system??? I do not think so,but we shall see on this one.
