This is disgusting. Spector walks around after the shooting with the gun for 40 minutes until the Police show up. What person would pick up a gun that was just used by someone who committed suicide? It was stated at the Trial, the little worm tried to wipe down the scene and his hands.
I really feel bad for Lana and her family. I just don't see how she gets her name trashed, she is just an everyday person like you and me. Meanwhile, crazy ass Spector just sits there, like he is some kind of saint. There are so many people he has bullied, so many people (male and female) that have been frightened by his gun antics.
Does anyone know when Spector married his current wife? Wasn't it right before the trial? No wonder people can't stand the Hollyweirdies and their killing field known as California. I hope all the good people in Ca. can escape and live normally without fear of some actor, musician, etc. LOL

124. What's with the California Jurors??? First OJ Simpson...now Phil Spector..are they star struck? or brain damaged? It appears during jury selection, the prosecuting attorneys aren't too smart with their selections..If I were the judge I would tell them to go back in that room and get a verdict..or they would stay there until hell freezes over..

I am from Los Angeles, Beverly Hills to be exact, and you my friend are perfect example of the ignorance of the mob-mentality that I was speaking of.

It is unethical to change the charge of a crime, just to obtain the conviction of a particular suspect, and if the biased judge in this trial does do that, it will be over-turned in appeal. EDUCATE YOURSELF!

126. CA needs to implement the wet paper bag pre-jury selection hurdle. Each prospective juror gets placed into a wet paper bag. Those that cannot think their way out are excused from serving. This would have eliminated 5 of them right off the bat.

127. While I agree money may buy a skilled attorney, money cannot buy DNA and it's positioning on a weapon. Why is it the American public outraged when people ARE jailed for crimes with no DNA evidence, yet overwhelming want Spector in jail? This is quite a contradiction. The American general population needs to be a bit clearer on facts before they (as a majority) speak.

128. Looks like some jurors were bought off. I can't see how any of them can actually doubt he's guilty.
He's been pistol whipping women for years. The defenses story about her committing suicide is a crock of horse ****.
I knew he'd get away with it just like OJ and Blake. No surprise here, just disgusted with the lack of justice in LA.

If he is crazy why in the hell do weman keep going back to him, just for them to get more of what they said he did to them.
He may have something to hide but it wasn't part of the crime as to what happen that day.

133. why couldn't the gun been projected upwords during a twisted struggle. Why would a fastidious handwasher pick up a gun that some one committed suicide with. I bet Linda Baden knows for sure that phil spector did it and her forensic hubby helped this witchplot a defense that would make only sense to some form of lower intelligence. phil spector,linda kenny baden and the rest of the defense are all wiping their brows. it's 2nd degree,lock the jury up, the DA went to easy on spector by not going 1st in the beginning. Phil Spector didn't call the 911 for help. If only the limo driver didn't run off and call for help and just help philip clean up the scene "the DA could be instead implicating the limo driver'" and phil spector helping that the finger be pointing in that direction. Don't you think that a person with his type of behavior lives and breathes his own type of defense just in case something like what happened....happens! I say put the defense team in jail with spector for 50 years or more.
