Reports in London say a ghost has been wandering the streets at night, scaring townsfolk and spooking tourists. 
This ghost is said to have short black hair and is clad in a short, purple geisha-like dress.
In an unrelated story, Kelly Osbourne was seen leaving an after party for the Luella fashion show at Claridges Hotel in London last night.

22. She looks like all the others who have lost too much weight, which makes their head look too large. They all need to look in a mirror at themselves. 99% of those who are stick thin have huge heads. They don't even look human anymore.

23. Some of us are simply very fair-skinned. Even with a tan I'm still whiter than most people I know. I'd like to see a photo of all the TMZ staff, because they must be the prettiest people on the face of the earth: all slender, but not too skinny; all with the right shade of natural tan without baking or being painted; all perfectly coiffed and dressed in the best designer clothes and never, ever being caught outside their front doors without a full face of makeup.

25. I agree with the two posters that said to have some pictures of tmz staff up here. The only one we know of is Harvey. That would be GREAT to have some images of the writers up here. Every other legit publication has images of the staff. What's up TMZ? Let's see you all. Better yet, all of you, plus your families. 28. she really does have beautiful skin. i notice she's thin again. it's too bad i'm sure she starves herself whenever there's an event coming up so she can look like that. some people are just naturally curvier and they shouldn't have to be ashamed of it.
