Reports in London say a ghost has been wandering the streets at night, scaring townsfolk and spooking tourists.

This ghost is said to have short black hair and is clad in a short, purple geisha-like dress.

In an unrelated story, Kelly Osbourne was seen leaving an after party for the Luella fashion show at Claridges Hotel in London last night.

33. I agree with the two posters that said to have some pictures of tmz staff up here. The only one we know of is Harvey. That would be GREAT to have some images of the writers up here. Every other legit publication has images of the staff. What's up TMZ? Let's see you all. Better yet, all of you, plus your families. Wouldn't that be fun to read all the comments written about you and your families' looks and bodies??? Now THAT would be news to comment on!

40. The flash has caused the extreme white areas. It's also on the car door. I also agree, this photo has been altered. He arms look way to short to reach the top of her head. Her head looks way too big for her body. Some of that is due to the black background against her black hair.
TMZ seems to be so negative lately. Maybe the Britt Britt has them on edge :)

42. This doesn't even really look like her to me ,she looks like a "little person" ..as far as her skin goes so what if she's white,i would worry more about her head being way too big for the body,but i am assuming it's just the pic. making her look like this.
