Reports in London say a ghost has been wandering the streets at night, scaring townsfolk and spooking tourists. 
This ghost is said to have short black hair and is clad in a short, purple geisha-like dress.
In an unrelated story, Kelly Osbourne was seen leaving an after party for the Luella fashion show at Claridges Hotel in London last night.

51. The image has not been photoshopped. The strange look is due to the lens the pap was using, which really foreshortened the perspective. I think Kelly looks great. Her skin is in beautiful condition. I agree with all those who said that orange fake-bake is not the only standard of beauty out there.

60. The flash has caused the extreme white areas. It's also on the car door. I also agree, this photo has been altered. He arms look way to short to reach the top of her head. Her head looks way too big for her body. Some of that is due to the black background against her black hair.
TMZ seems to be so negative lately. Maybe the Britt Britt has them on edge :)
