The Juice Squeezed! O.J. Officially Charged

O.J. Simpson has been officially charged with several felony counts by the Clark County District Attorney.

The Clark County D.A. has charged Simpson and three other defendants -- Walter Alexander, Clarence Stewart and Michael McClinton -- with one count each of conspiracy to commit a crime, conspiracy to commit kidnapping, conspiracy to commit robbery, first degree kidnapping with use of a deadly weapon, burglary while in possession of a deadly weapon, robbery with use of a deadly weapon, assault with a deadly weapon and coercion with with use of a deadly weapon.

The charges indicate that "one or more handguns" were used in the incident.

He wasn't holding the gun, he wasn't holding the stuff and the meeting was a set-up by this guy Riccio.

This all sounds like a "convenient" and "coincidental" publicity stunt orchestrated on the same week-end ("'coincidentally?") as the release of the newly edited "If I Did It" book to get O.J. some media attention, while "conveniently" mentioning the Goldmans put the book out, and it all went HORRRIBLY wrong!

69. This is definetly the best news I have heard in I don't know when. I know he still won't be going to jail for Ron and Nicole but at least they have got him going. No one deserves this more then he does.I really feel so sorry for his kids, but they are better off without them.
This is in no way race issue, so all out there that think this monster is innocent just shut up.
They have this on tape and several conversations OJ had with several detectives
The best part is him walking out of the Litle White Chaple humming "If I only had a brain"

73. I love all these folks bringing racism into this ... "oh he's black so he's not guilty.. white media blah blah blah" Hey how about he's human and unless all of us have seen all the evidence or were there we don't know what happened. As far as calling the goldmans vultures... When your child is murdered and someone is held responsible, if only financially in civil court, you'd want to have that person give up what's important to them even if you don't care to have it. For celebrities, money is all they care about. Take away their cash and its punishment.

As far as the kidnapping charge, holding someone against their will I think counts as kidnapping. If I held a gun to your head and said "don't move" that's pretty much holding you against your will.

As far as "whatever happens in LV stays in LV.." That doesn't give you permission to lose your head and commit crime.
