78. Ok people. Like most of you I believe that at the very least Simpson had something to do with those murders, but this whole story screams SET UP! I don't know about you all, but I don't walk around mic'd up just in case I get robbed. And if they had guns, wouldn't someone say, please don't shoot or put the guns down we can work this out. It's obvious he knows these guys and repeatedly asks why they would steal from him. 'If I had been robbed at gunpoint and had it on tape, I would turn it into the police, not TMZ for $$$. This whole story is so full of crap and has so many holes in it. I hate to bring race into it, but because of the lengths people through to publicly prosecute black men in the past and now, I will always wonder what this is really about.

The only justice that will or won't be served, as was the Nicole case yrs ago, will be the *opinion* of a jury of 12.

15-20% of this county are black. If any of them feel this is another "race" issue and end up sitting on this jury, it will become a hung jury and he is set free.... just as before.

Don't get too excited kiddies and enmeshed in the hype... this case has a long, long road ahead.

81. It doesnt matter how or why the tape was made, Thats just icing on the cake. All that matters is his accountability for his actions during the alleged crime. 83. Just a guess right now but the DA must know that this stuff was stolen by OJ *prior to the verdict in the civil trial* ~When all assets were frozen and pending by the looks of these charges, also the fact that a Judge ordered the watch be handed over.

90. O.J. has gotten himself in hot water, and Johnnie and the Dream team can't save his "butt" this round. If old man Goldman has his way, he will want O.J. under the jail. If the items were stolen from O.J., why not call the police? Why think that you are above the law, and try and retrieve them yourself? I don't feel sorry for him nor do I feel he should get off. If you are with a group of friends, and one decides to commit a crime, all of you are going down. Even O.J. did not have the gun, someone with him did, and for that (along with other charges), he is just as guilty.Now he will be on trial in Nevada, and what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. O.J., you are now a FELON!!!
