94. How can anyone be pulling for O.J.? Whether or not he is guilty, I hope they convict him and throw away the key. He got off scot free for killing his children's mother, and Ron Goldman Jr. He smirked throughout the entire trial and laughed when he was acquitted. I hope they use this case to finally give him what he deserves for the murders he committed just like they did to Mel Ignato in Louisville, KY. When he killed and brutalized Brenda Sue Schaeffer, he also was found innocent, but later they found pictures he had taken during her tortured murder and it was too late to do anything, because once you are found innocent you can't be retried. They then charged him with perjury for lying during the trial and gave him the maximum amount of time which was ten years and no parole. He served his time, but it wasn't just punishment for killing an innocent young woman. He now says God has forgiven him. It makes me sick to look at him on TV, just the same as it does when I see O.J. Simpson. The laws need to be changed when the truth comes out after you have been found not guilty. Getting away with murder is certainly not just.

95. In legal terms "kidnapping" is holding someone against their will. When they held a gun on the man they were holding him against his will. Legally they kidnapped him. You *do not* have to take someone to another place to kidnap them.

104. I agree it looks like it was a plan but it does not matter. The tape is legal and admissible.

I'm wondering why they didnt' want to go Federal (planning the conspiracy and then crossing state lines) and why no one is questioning if OJ paid for the renewal of vows and when that was planned. I suggest it was done to give OJ an excuse to be in Vegas. He knew three weeks prior that the items were to be sold there.

Also - can the Goldman's attorneys garnish any bail money before it's used for bail? Questions for the attorneys reading.
