121. I think oj is going to get whacked before this is over. I am suprised that one of the many white supremisiist groups has not done so yet. (think hells angels, aryan nation, kkk). There are some plausable expanations for the ten year hiatus but I think that his high profile status will spell his doom on this round. The man has become a trophy. termite

122. first ,everyone in that room were equally guilty EVERYONE. If you are with people who are committing a crime, you're just as guilty. Oj was in that room of his own free will. Second, if the people in the room were forced to move even a few inches (ie: up against the wall) it can be kidnapping. More good news, the guy that had the heartattack, if he dies we could see even more charges. This really may have started out as an attempt to recover goods, but why not just CALL THE COPS.

123. By Not allowing anyone to leave the room you have False imprisonment. In the eyes of the law the duration of the imprisonement is not nearly as relevant as the fact that you were detained agaisnt your will. Oj and the other guys in his posse are all guilty. However, By taking over verbal control of the situation - Oj was the ring leader and holds the highest responsibility. Riccio seams to be a profitteer and opportunist. But he wouldn't have anything if OJ had behaved legally and responsibly.

124. to #109 goldiggers - Anyone who has been victim of a violent crime knows what it is like to be victimized . The Goldmans have been OJ's Victims for over 10 years now. This book to Fred Goldman is about getting back control from OJ. it is about simple legal revenge against the man that killed his flesh and blood. It has to be eating Oj up inside that Fred is making money off his 'Masterpiece" . So many people think that the Goldmans are in it for the money. Get real. The man has held two jobs through this ordeal. He has started a charity in his sons memory. He is donating most of the proceeds to charity and to pay off the huge legal bills from the lawsuits. He did not write the book. He is simply trying to get some level of justice and control back, and the best part is THE KILLER gave him the best tool for revenge. - Get your facts straight. Fred Goldman was not homeless. Oj is the Biggest golddigger of all time - Writing a piece of Crap "hypothetical" confession of his heinous crime. And that was ok? But when his victim turns the table on him, the victim becomes the villain????? Not

Don't forget, OJ walked into that room on his own two feet. The words came out of his own two lips. Riccio may have taped it, but OJ DID IT.

125. OJ, BJ, what's the difference they both suck.

126. Not an Oj fan, but these charges and this crime are bogus. Further destruction of our legal system via the media and a high profile person. The State looks ridiculous and has no case. The guy who made the tape is the criminal. Wake-up Las Vegas.... are you crazy!!!!

127. To: HaXors: What do you know about law? Are you the expert we have all been waiting for. Probably one of the Las Vegas prosecutors trying to wedge their way into the media spotlight for future career advancement by brining bogus charges for high profile people, "we thought should have been guilty", but were found innocent. Great fracture in out legal system....continues. Buckle up America.

129. 1.The tape will not be allowed as it was not done under court order that is federal law.
2.This whole thing was a setup from the beginning look at the facts the guy brought a tape recorder for Christs sake.
3.He couldnt get a fair trial in Ethiopia
4.Watch him walk and sue whoever paid this guy to record this whole issue the Mr.Moneybags Goldman cant touch that.Thats the law

130. TMZ should be ASHAMED!!! If OJ gets off, it will likely be, in part, because of the confusion created by TMZ's PURCHASE and release of an audiotape that CLEARLY should have been IMMEDIATELY brought to the attention of police. TMZ deserves scorn for this unabashed publicity stunt that so OBVIOUSLY will benefit OJ's defense. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!! If this violent sociopath is freed again, it won't be Kato Kaelin's fault, it will be Levin's.

131. He will definitely do time!!
according to the experts probably 10 years !!
He got away with murder, now they are going to get him on something so stupid.
He's got to be brain dead !!!

132. Geesh. It was not a setup. A setup for what? What was this setup supposed to accomplsh that couldn't have been accomplshed without a "setup"? The only thng I can think of is that Roccio recorded the encounter with the specific intent of selling the recording. But that is like following Britney with a camera with the specific intent of catching her doing he inevitable stupid thing and then selling the photo of her doing it.

It may turn out that Roccio will be sued in civil court by OJ for the rights to and profits from that recording made without his consent....good luck on collecting the judgment OJ. But then I wonder if the recording is protected under the same law that protects the photographer who takes and sells photos of naked celebrities on secluded beaches without their knowledge or consent.

133. and one more thing, if anyone was setup in this thing by Riccio it was Fromong and Beardsley. OJ walked in knowng his "stolen" stuff was being sold and with the intent of taking it back regardless of who was selling it, that was his intent. His cohorts brought guns and brandished them with the intent to accomplish that task. Alexander stated to police that Riccio "set OJ up". Alexander said evidence of that is that OJ was fired up PRIOR to going into that room, which means he was fired up before he knew who was selling the items. Which indicates that who was selling the items had little to do with OJ's anger or decision to go get his stuff.

On the other hand, it's a safe bet that neither Fromong or Beardsley would likely have shown up if they knew OJ was the prospective buyer.

"setup" requires that the person being setup walks in expecting one thing but getting something else. OJ knew what he was walking into, he was angry before walking in, and the only thing that surprised him was who the sellers were. Whereas the sellers were blindsided, expecting a sale but ending up wih an armed burglary.

This sort of thing just drives me nuts.

134. Let's discuss the Justice in our court system. For all people who believe that Golddiging Fred is entitled to anything is so wrong!!! The Judgement to begin with is a HUGE JOKE and a slap to our Justice system. How can a person who is proven INNOCENT in a court of law even begin to be sued again in Civil Court? I wonder how many normal citizens could have done what Goldman has been able to do. Wonder how much he agreed to pay the Judge for his ruling? What an insult to our COUNTRY and our JUSTICE SYSTEM when this kind of suit can be filed and then Judge against an innoceent man!!!!!! Shame on you Fred and your JUDGE buddy who ruled for you.

135. I couldn't agree with you more Scared from california #134. However, although I do believe that Mr. GOLD-DIGGER needs to become gamefully employed and pay taxes like most honest people, as does his daughter.....I believe that they are both waiting for the Clinton's to be voted back into office! Goldman could be a great asset to Mrs. Clinton as he never intends to leave his "job". And Ms. Kim......................there is a possition for you under the desk of Mr. Bill.
