Just hours after a judge warned the Britster about her problem with drug and alcohol abuse, Spears reacted like any irrepressible gal would -- and got her party on!


TMZ caught the unstoppable mother of two at both Winston's and Hyde last night, where the popwreck was engulfed by paparazzi hoping to get a shot of the hot mess. She was all smiles when she left the first club, but quickly put on her sad face when paps started fighting outside her car.


Her party train then moved to Hyde, where the usually dead club saw a resurgence of paparazzi attention, thanks to Brit Brit. She was again swarmed on her way out, as photogs tried to ask about her kids.

Sources tell TMZ that in an effort to ditch the paps, Brit pulled into a "safe zone" at the Beverly Hills Police Department, which activates a light and a camera. She stopped there for awhile until they left her alone. How clever!

91. Brtiney---could she be even more screwed up? Lost her parents, lawyer dropped her, publicicst dropped her, divorced, about to lose her kids, no career left (well, a laughable career is left for us to all enjoy), her friends have left her, a judge calls her an addict, and she still isn't getting what a mess she is? Sad--what a mess she is..

94. If Britney is doing this to get even with K-Fed she is making herself look so bad. She is not above the law and the judge might take those kids away to set an example. She should love her kids more than she hates K-Fed. Maybe those kids need to be taken away from both parents and they both might learn a lesson here. Britney smarten up before you lose your kids.

100. This girl really is one hot mess. She must not want her kids, because to defy a judges orders less than 24 hours after the ruling is just incredibly foolish. I do think the judge did say 24 hours after or before having the kids, so maybe KFed had them, I don't know. What I do know is she is gonna hit rock bottom soon, and it won't be pretty.

102. I can not believe this. It seems like she wants to lose the kids. why would you go out partying and laughing after everything the judge said. I know she is stupid but this stupid.
