Celebrity Justice
Lawyer to Galanter -- Shut the F Up!

Attorney Scott Holper went ballistic after O.J.'s court hearing, saying this about Simpson's lawyer, Yale Galanter: "He thinks he's the big shot. Let's go over to Johnny Taco's gym and play."

Then he went on!

Galanter trashed Holper outside court, saying Holper falsely represented himself as Simpson's lawyer. Holper just told TMZ by phone, saying "I assisted OJ. He thanks me and said he appreciated my support and he told me as well as his daughter and sister that they wanted me on the defense team."

Holper says Galanter is not doing his job by "putting 100% of his efforts on his client rather than attacking another attorney who helped Mr. Simpson."

Holper took shots at Las Vegas lawyer Gabriel Grasso too, who is currently assisting Galanter -- "Mr. Grasso has a feeling he may be some kind of big shot. He made comments to people in the courthouse commenting on my competency and lack of experience to assist in a case of this nature."

Holper says, "I hope in the end OJ is acquitted. I believe after my meetings with Mr. Simpson I truly believe he is innocent."

Holper was interviewed by Julie Chen this morning on the CBS Early Show.

16. The funny thing is ... his cards or whatever that he was trying to hide from the court, and then got stolen from the hiding place, and them he tried to steal them back to hide them again from the court -- are probably worth a grand total of $29.99. (Except for the Joe Montana ones.)

17. This idiot attorney, Scott Holper could very well find himself without a license to practice law in Nevada. Sounds like he tried to muscle in to O.J.'s "New Dream Team" and it backfired. LOL!

18. Why on earth would you want to throw your hat into the ring and defend a double murderer? You are a media whore yourself. GO away.

22. The number 14 comment! You're an Idiot !! The browns lived off of OJ's money when he was married to Nicole. They took enough dough from him !!!! The goldmans deserve what ever money they can get. I'm glad they got the book rights!!! OJ is a murdering thug and needs to be dealt with. Quit defending the browns and bad mouthing the Goldmans you dummy. The browns have gotten more than their share !!!

23. Here's the deal again folks,,,OJ will beat this cuz it's just a small crime compared to murder. Black people will act all upset how he's being framed and white people will be all upset because he's going to beat this rap. The lawyers will end up making a butt load of money off the system to prosecute and defend this jagoff,,,,,the Goldmans will be all upset becuz he's out on bail and will ultimately get off completely. Nicoles sister will be all upset again, too and the cycle continues as the news will follow up on every bit of news on this becuz we all love this crap and have to "see every single detail" of this case. The best part of this is how TMZ makes this all available to us so we don't miss one single detail of this important news story.

24. How do you set an example to you kids to do what is right, when we allow people like OJ to continue to evade the Law?People lets stand up and do what is Right!!!

25. O.J. was probably framed by the LAPD. The guns were probably planted. Last night on CNN there was talk that the bail money would be in the millions. It was $125,000. Galanter seems to know what he is doing, but he needs to be careful of the racists that seem to be out in full swing.

26. America's morbid fascination with OJ is understandable. We all feed off negative news, just like slowing down to get a better look at the car crash. I'm sure OJ has been involved in numerous illegal activities since getting away with murder. OJ must associate with moral free people in low profile activities to maintain his lifestyle and avoid paying the civil suit won by the Brown's and
Goldman's. OJ has moved up to using guns to get his way.
Guess he couldn't find the knife !

27. Just heard the tape where it is recorded that they were held up by guns. So all of you who thought it wasn't possible, maybe now you'll believe it.

The guns (which most of us believed were there) are just one of his problems. Even if he manages to beat this one with a biased jury, there are:

Off-shore accounts

The tax consequences of his roughly 100,000 cash a year for 13 years on secret signings according to Mike Gilbert

A skanky longterm girlfriend with her own criminal record (one is animal abuse)

28. Yale Galanter. That dude appeared to have an arrogance about him talking to the press.
If he had any ethics as an attorney , he wouldn't have done it. What's that thing called
attorney client or is it press privilege?

If da Juice isn't paying him, who will? Off-shore accounts? Conspiracy?

If he's getting paid by publicity, he appears to be in good company with his client.

Sounds like a broken record with the race card. Why is it everytime a black man get's in troubel with the law, it's the white man out to get him. Grow up, quit placing blame, and accept responsibity for your actions.

Next Catchy Phrase: If it's mine, I can't do the time.

29. Shame on you Mr. Galanter...I think your bad mouthing of a fellow defense attorney in Las Vegas is extremely childish and totally unprofessional. Do you think it helps your client when you use profanities on Television in regards to this situation? You must be a very insecure person to become so hostile when you should have focused on your client only and not the back biting behind the scenes. I happen to be a fan of OJ..but no thank you for making his bail hearing into a soap opera. You should be apologizing for your immaturity and showing some class. This is very sad that you would air your dirty laundry on television. Take the same advice most defense attorney's give their clients.... "keep your mouth shut".

30. I support OJ 100%!!! This case is falling apart as we speak.
So far two other co-conspirators were arrested and promptly released --but were charged with the same crimes as OJ.

The other guy (Riccio)---"the mastermind" is talking to every media outlet and selling his story/tapes. And this guy says prosecutors have given him immunity.

The Black community may not be fans of OJ, but we are not dumb. We can see the unfairness in the process.

OJ will have the last laugh...

Remember the same media types convicted OJ in the first trial, Michael Jackson, and Kobe Bryant.

By the way what is Mark Furhman's claim to fame. How come he is an expert legal analysis? Is it because he has a history of fairness?

I know he is probably a hero to many of you who hate OJ but it is a slap in the face to many black people that I know.
