Celebrity Justice
Lawyer to Galanter -- Shut the F Up!

Attorney Scott Holper went ballistic after O.J.'s court hearing, saying this about Simpson's lawyer, Yale Galanter: "He thinks he's the big shot. Let's go over to Johnny Taco's gym and play."

Then he went on!

Galanter trashed Holper outside court, saying Holper falsely represented himself as Simpson's lawyer. Holper just told TMZ by phone, saying "I assisted OJ. He thanks me and said he appreciated my support and he told me as well as his daughter and sister that they wanted me on the defense team."

Holper says Galanter is not doing his job by "putting 100% of his efforts on his client rather than attacking another attorney who helped Mr. Simpson."

Holper took shots at Las Vegas lawyer Gabriel Grasso too, who is currently assisting Galanter -- "Mr. Grasso has a feeling he may be some kind of big shot. He made comments to people in the courthouse commenting on my competency and lack of experience to assist in a case of this nature."

Holper says, "I hope in the end OJ is acquitted. I believe after my meetings with Mr. Simpson I truly believe he is innocent."

Holper was interviewed by Julie Chen this morning on the CBS Early Show.

31. No Dream Team this time..O.J. Has dreamed all his money away..He is not likely to be able to afford the millions it cost for the original legal team..Might have to settle for
"Joe Common" which could definately get his a-s locked up..Less money -equals poorer defense -equals """"GUILTY""""

32. OJ, I hope you will learn a lesson from this. Your best friend is Jesus. DO NOT speak to any one but your lawyer. Only talk about sports with your friends. May God help you again to get through this.

33. O.J. was set up...I think the police were involved with the set up..but..he put his self in this bad situation by being so vulnerable 2 the set up.& by going 2 retrieve his items in this manner...I believe this is all about money.& people trying 2 put him away for a crime that some people think he committed.. the man has already been acquitted..leave him alone..recorded conversations?? selling them?? definitely a set up. Even the victim says he thinks it was a set up & he also says the recorded conversations appear 2 have been edited..now that says a lot coming from the "victim"..O.J. needs 2 be careful who he considers his friends..it seems like everyone just wants $$ by selling these stories...these are people trying 2 get some kind of revenge..(people who I feel needs 2 get a life & move on)..the police & the legal system are just so corrupt..its just awful.. I believe the truth will eventually come 2 surface!!!

35. Mr. Formong the victim in the hosp. with a heart attack who had a gun put to his head, said on the tape to Riccio , "You set us up didn't ya. He said this to Riccio. Riccio and Simpson planned this whole thing for weeks now. This was and is Simpsons idea. The kicker here is I bet Simpson asked Riccio to record this. Simpson wanted it video taped. But Riccio said it wasnt such a good idea. `

36. Attorney personality conflicts in this case are irrelevant.

Addressing the gung-ho Goldman Groupie's among you...I cannot see how pops Goldman spending the remainder of his ridiculously moustachioed golden years, and sister Goldman's majority of her adult life, obsessed with and hunting down and commenting ad nauseum on OJ, and even publishing OJ's book, is how they respect their tragically murdered gigolo of a son, grieve, and get on with their lives. This is very bad psychologically for them...they should leave this debt collection and media mess to their lawyers.

One more thing...if the Goldman's weren't such huge hippocrites and so unbearably annoying, it would be easier to keep in mind why they're so avariciously blood-money-grubbing in the first place...the loss of their son/brother.

37. This guy is only looking for publicity to build his career. Last night, he was interviewed by Greta Van Sustren and he divulged a lot of priveleged client-attorney information. The other legal experts on the show were stunned by the information that he divulged. If this guy was my attorney, I would question his legal competency, ability and ethics.

38. The Las Vegas Justice System is corrupt. The lawyers are already acting like fools because in Vegas the laws are bent and the payoffs are prevalent. Look at the D.A.David Rogers, who sites O.J. for kidnapping??? What is that. ..Is D.A. Rogers retarded??? While I think O.J. is a murderer, justice should have been handled professionally instead of the circus court hearing we all witnessed. A little about D. A. Rogers, he is threatening former commissioner Lynette Boggs with "twenty years" in prison for living 100 feet outside her commission district, and for paying her babysitter $1,200 with campaign funds. Rogers is known to have taken $50K in bribe money but claims he returned it when there is no evidence of that. This same DA refused to prosecute Erin Kenny, Dario Herrera, Mary Kincaid Chauncy, and Lance Malone for much worse crimes. He also refused to prosecute the person who broke Kirk Henry's neck and the persons who beat Scott David Fau to death in our local exotic dance club CrazyHorse II.

The ones he let go or slapped on the wrist were white...Ms. Boggs and O.J. are black. You do the math.
