and clear for these low life rats and thieves living in the underworld of a 'mafia' in the sports
memorabilia ring of some kind. It will be like peeling the layers of an onion off seeing

162. Ok guys, lets all grow a brain today, innocent people are convicted, and guilty people are freed. It has nothing to do with race but the all mighty dollar. If you have enough you ain't doing the time. We have all come along way in understanding DNA and no one should have any doubts about his previous guilt. He did get acquiited though, but once a criminal especially one who got away with it, always a criminal. If the stuff was his he should have gone through the proper channels not ghetto style through the door with Guns drawn, but OJ being OJ, went the criminal way. Now was the stuff stolen, no. It was taken in exchange for payment of a debt he did not pay and sold. Example, you do not make your car payment, they take it and sell it auction typically to a dealer who then turns around and sells it again. Now if that was your car, do you have the right to go ghetto on the dealer that bought your car @ auction, and get away with it? NO, you would go to jail. Black White BRown or Red you would go to jail. I am failing to see where the debate on the subject is, you either follow the law or you break it. Pretty simple he belongs where he should have always been.

Lawyers representing O.J. did make a name for themselves, Why ? Because when you are right you are right, when you are innocent you are innocent.

Prosecutors time and again have brought charges that have proven to be invalid against people. Why do they pursue the case? Because winning is a step to a Judgeship.

The State has millions of dollars, taxpayers dollars and therefore the Prosecutor can keep a case going for years if they wish breaking the defendants bank meanwhile making a fortune for the lawyers involved.

A recent case in Nassau County, N.Y. was that of a drunken driver who was intoxicated,
did in fact drive down a limited access highway, the wrong way, and did collide with another vehicle and did kill two people. This person did have previious DWI convictions and was charged with murder, not VEHICULAR MANSLAUGHTER as defined by laws already existing, but Murder.
Being intoxicated you hallucinate, therefore this person did not intentionally drive his vehicle into the other vehicle for he was not capable of distinguishing what was right or wrong let alone what was his left or right, yet he was convicted of Murder. Why ?
Because he was defended by a court appointed attorney and the Prosecutor had unlimited funds and the Judge allowed the Prosecutor to bastardize the laws on the books in their definition, intent, and interpretation.

Try reading the book written by Alan Dershkowitz who was a world famous Criminal Lawyer with offices in New York who was barred from the New York Bar Association because he exposed the corruption within the legal system via his book, and who later was a Professor of Law at the School of Law at the prestigious University in Connecticut.
