More Drama! Beardsley Busted on Parole Violation

Alfred Beardsley MugshotTMZ has confirmed sports memorabilia dealer Alfred Beardsley, an alleged victim in the O.J. Simpson robbery, was arrested by Vegas cops Wednesday for a parole violation.


According to Las Vegas Metro Police, Beardsley was arrested by U.S. Marshals at the Luxor Hotel. Cops say Beardsley violated his parole from a prior California arrest when he crossed the state border and entered Nevada. Beardsley was convicted of stalking and sent to prison in 2005.

He was taken into custody without incident and is being held, pending an extradition hearing to send him back to California. Beardsley is considered a "High Control parolee, requiring the maximum level of supervision."

Beardsley first spoke exclusively to TMZ just hours after the alleged incident in Vegas.

18. Well it is over now. The police might as well drop the case against O.J. If they spend all the money to take him to court it will just cause them money for nothing and we will have to see the disgusting aquittal of a murderer of 2 people.

20. Ahh, another fine, upstanding citizen associating with another. Unfortunately, I believe when all is said and done, O.J. will be a free man once again. He shouldn't be, but he will be.

LET'S TALK ABOUT BEARDSLEY THE MEMORABILIA DEALER. THIS GUY STOLE OJ STUFF. AND TRY TO SELL STOLEN PROPERTY, (THE AMERICAN WAY) THAT A CRIME, I DONT BLAME OJ ONE BIT. THE COURTS SHOULD SEE THAT. IF OJ WAS ANY JOE BLOW HE WOULD HAVE HAD A BAIL HEARING THE FOLLOWING DAY OF HIS ARREST.
