The quirky character actor was spotted yesterday, layin' some game to a hot pair of legs at a park bench at the Grove shopping center in L.A., only to get a hearty handshake and a goodbye ... instead of her digits!

Maybe they need to put up warning signs at the Grove, his gym and at the school he teaches at warning young girls to be on the look out.
