Hogan on Lack of Insurance: "Uh Oh"

Nick Hogan is quite the legend on the racing message boards. In a post dated August 4, three weeks before his horrendous car wreck that left his friend in critical condition, he talked about how one of his cars wasn't insured. Hey, what could happen?

Under his usual handle of supraman111, he wrote on TampaRacing.com, "my z has race car insurance and not street insurance so if i bring one of them out on the street and get caught.....uh oh." Uh-oh is right.

The "z" in question is not the car Hogan crashed on August 26 (that was a Toyota Supra). The accident left his marine friend, John Graziano, fighting for his life. Hogan posted on a different message board over the weekend that Graziano is doing better and "is expected to make a full recovery."

31. Why hasn't the prosecutor of that county brought charges against Nick? And if he has why haven't we heard. An ordinary Joe would have had the book thrown at him because of this, OH YAH, HOLLYWOOD JUSTICE!!!!!!! I say he should be charged with wreckless driving, attempted murder!!!
I hope only that his friend does make a full recovery, but mentally no one knows how he will come out of this, If he has been in a drug like coma. There could be some real mental issues here. WHERE IS THE JUSTICE!!!!!

43. We have thousands of people who made MISTAKES in prison paying for those mistakes. Nick Bollea SHOULD NOT be treated like a STAR. He is young true, But obviously not too young to be RACING, not once but several times stop by policeman only to get a slap on the wrist and a free pass to RACE again. Well this time he wasnt so LUCKY he CRASHED and now we have a WAR VET still in critical condition, with little hope he will even come out of it. He is NOT recovering as NICK says. he is still in a INDUCE COMA. Thanks to Nick and his RACING. NOW MY QUESTION IS WHY HASNT HE BEEN CHARGED WITH RECKLESS DRIVING AND WHAT ABOUT THE DA-MN VIPERS DRIVER. this whole story JUST STINKS OF A COVER UP.

45. Please remind me why it is illeagal to beat some sense into your kids. If more of them knew the feeling of pain maybe they would be more careful not to cause it. Parents used to take children to public hangings for a reason. They learned the consequences of bad behavior.
