The squawker yelled at the paps to, "Get a real f**king job," which Ja thought was directed at him. Ja had a good laugh about that.

If it were 6 white kids who beat up 1 black kid, Sharpton would be demanding more jail time and for the kids to be charged with attempted murder. Anything less would be called Racist. While I think hanging a noose from a tree is the most disgusting and dispicable behavior (the kids should have been charged with a hate crime) the fact is no one was physically injured. The minute those 6 kids decided to beat the 1 kid, they took it to a whole other level. I think attempted murder is way too harsh of a sentence, but they shouldn't be able to walk scott free either. Vigilante justice is against the law. Period. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.

Do you know that the black kids are facing life in prison? One has already been convicted to life in prison without the possibility of parole. A high school fight. The white kids hung nooses for the black kids. Thjs is the south. Bitch before you post get some facts on the story. The white boy and his friends were suspended for hanging the noose the threnten the Black kids. Thats a Hate Crime BITCH! That a life sentance but they were only suispened.

Look the noose thing was a bad thing to do but it does NOT give people the right to be violence, period. End of discussion. The kids who did the noose thing were suspended 3 days-- I, personally, think they should have been suspended longer but what they did is NOT against the law. So, how can they be charged with a crime?
These other 6 thugs ganged up on ONE kid and beat the crap out him. Have you seen the pictures of his kid in the hospital? He looked beat to hell. They almost killed that guy. They are soooooooo lucky the fight was broken up and he wasn't killed. They would be looking at MURDER CHARGES! And one of the guys has been arrested TWO other times for assault.
The whites kids were wrong, definitely...but so were the black kids! Stop shifting the blame.
and I agree, if the roles were reversed. There would be a riot. If 6 white kids beat a black kid --nearly to death over race relations--- there would be a RIOT, flat out.
