49. Michael Vick should serve time for his actions, but not more than what is given to people who create far greater crimes than him. Where is this same vigor when discussing human atrocities? Sorry to have to tell you this but the damage created by racism & discrimination is far more reaching than Michael Vick's actions. I feel very strongly that Micheal Vick need to pay the price to serve his jail time to correct the mistake by changing the way act to be more honest and more gentle to the dogs rather than making the dogs become meaner and get the dogs kill each other out of Micheal's pleasure Homeless people have the pets to share their comforts being alone and need eachother as much they do, but not beating them or kill. It is not like Micheals dogs are like, his dogs came in with food, then be killed by losing the game in dog fighting. Some of you talk about homless people, We cannot hold them over their less money or wrong clothes or in balance chemical mind unless they are dangerous to be around or broke the law in something. Lots of times parents on drug beat the children out of their pleasures to get less commitments on themselves or steal babies in the black market to make the money out of the pleasure. These examples like that need to be stopped. Any time, black, white, and anything broke the law, shall serve the jail time depend on what charges are. Dog fighting is an illegal. Micheal Vick just ingored it. That's what he got in trouble for.

53. God loves all living creatures (humans & nonhumans). Caring for nonhuman creatures does *not* preclude loving human ones--does not suggest that we love one *rather *than the other. That's a lame logical fallacy trotted out by people who are either lazy or just not very smart. We should love and care for all living things, and send those who maim and torture human or nonhuman creatures for "entertainment" to jail for a looooooong time. Period. Anything else is both uncivilized and un-Godly.

54. I think he should spend 25 years in jail. Animals have feelings and what had been done to those dogs is a crime and it is the owner that makes the dog mean not the dog. I know this much if Micheal Vick even makes it to HEAVEN I am sure they are going to slam the door on him and send him to HELL where he belongs.

57. It isn't a question of Vick's sentence being perhaps too harsh, it's a question of her's being too lenient. And how about what the jury recommended for O.J.? He got off pretty easy for 2 mursers, don't you think? Both injustices, not just the white chicks.

In the meantime I will work for the rest of my life to toughen anti-cruelty laws and for harsher sentencing for anyone who abuses an animal. Abuse an animal, go to jail.

If people are wondering why we want his money taken away is because that is the only thing that can really hurt him, Just because someone can catch a ball and run don't make them a hero, Big Deal, He should of never gotten pain that much money just because of that, the rules should change , Meaning all football players should have to ahve a brain in there head and should never be giving that kind of money just because he can catch, or throw a stupid Ball,,,,Stupid is as stupid does.... I want him to suffer a slow horrible life and I hope that everytime he leaves his house people will continue to tell him how much of a peice of crap he really is....
