77. To #56-I have not had my child tell me at bed time that they need something for school. I always look through her back pack and ask her when she gets home what she needs. I also am a volunteer in my daughters classroom so I am pretty aware of what she needs for school

82. Give her a break! She may have very well been up all night with a sick child, or been sick herself. (She does have Hepatitis C, you know.) As far as the bare feet, the pharmacy must have let her get away w/it because she's a celebrity. (Money talks, and we all know what walks...)

My kids are masters at waiting until the last minute to tell me that they need something for school. I understand that, because I did the same thing to my Mother, even tho I don't know why I did. It's a kid thing, I guess -

86. To all you bozos who are flipping out over the barefoot thing - Malibu is a 20-mile stretch of beach and little else. The store is right on the beach like everything else in that town. Sand is everywhere. More people go barefoot than not except in the swankiest places. One of the fisrt things you learn when you live in a giant sand box is to ditch the shoes.
