46. NO VALID LICENSE??? So she is ALWAYS driving without a LICENSE?? So ALL those times she talked to police or police pulled her over and JUST WARNED HER they NEVER checked her license!!!! 52. I was waiting for this to happen. How do u hit a car and get out and check your car and go about you merry way. It was caught on tape. Did she really think it was no big deal? I would be not only afraid to walk away as though nothing happend. I would feel so much guilt. Not sure how she lives with herself. What took so long to charge her. Everyone knows what their car looks like. If it were my car I would have reported Brit hit my car.

53. For the kids sake I believe that Kevin, nor Britney are spending adequate time, nor parental responsibility. I agree that the "family" needs to step in. I don't hear anything about the Federline family doing anything at all..do they even exist. Britney sounds like she has severe post-traumatic stress disorder, along with a drug and alcohol problem. Thank the Lord I have a great family that taught me about parenting. These children do not deserve this. Someone step up to the plate..infact Brad and Angelina here are two more children....

58. YES! This is fantastic. Perhaps now, finally, the law will apply to her.

She is not bi-polar. She is an extreme narcissist and drug addict. She didn't even care enough about the other vehicle to even look at it. Even when she knew she was being photographed and still couldn't even fake concern for another person's property.

And of course she is driving without a valid license! Drivers Licenses are for regular people. Ms. Britney fancies herself above it all. .... Center of attention ...

I hope she gets a criminal record out of this.

59. Actually she left information at the accident ... that's how the guy knows it was her car that hit his. What she didn't do was file an accident report at the police dept and this is why she has an invalid license. The same thing happened to the prosecutor's wife ... you know the one that arrested Paris.

60. legit? its caught on tape her LEAVING the scene after hitting that other car. There is nothing bogus about it. And what's this "Driving without a Valid CA license" -- if that's the case there are countless of other times we have seen her driving a car in CA...
