Brooke -- Graziano is "Waking Up"

On the streets of New York today, Brooke Hogan gave TMZ a brief but inconclusive update on the medical status of John Graziano, the ex-Marine who has been in a coma since being injured in the Supra driven by her brother Nick.

"John is waking up," Brooke informed us. "He's doing good, really good. Just keep praying." Her assessment comes just a few days after bro Nick wrote on an Internet bulletin board, "john is expected to make a full recovery its just a slow process for him to wake up." (sic)

What we didn't find out from Brooke is whether she found those big shoes she was looking for last time she was in the Big Apple.

31. It is inappropriate for the Hogan family to be making any statements about John - this should only be done by the family or the doctor with family permission.

32. It smells too much like spin control by the suspect and family of a neglegent and dangerous driver.

33. To #28, you are so right. Too many people looking at poor Nick and not what may truly be for John. The Hogans are bums....undereducated bums. I spent over 16 years working as a nurses aide and have seen and worked with people that you described. All prisoners of a living death. Yes there are alot of elderly in nursing homes but I have seen them as young as their 20's, there from severe head injurys. From bumping their heads like Nick said, with their perfect bodies. Yes all you who feel Nick is picked on or we are jealous, you need to see what he and jerks like him have done to people condemned to the living death. If it was your father, son, brother, nephew or even your friend, you would sure change your tune. Jealous my foot.

34. is TMZ is using a filter to catch certain words and block out of posts? Some confirmation emails just never arrive and others come instantly...curious minds want to know...

36. Now that Nick's race driving career is over along with Brooke's so called music career, what are they going to do now with all their un-used talent?

39. #28 serious
excellent post, right on target, I agree 100 percent

Good thoughts and wishes to John Graziano and family. I hope John does make a full recovery. But I won't believe a word of it coming from anyone in the Hulk Hogan family.

I definitely want to see this uneducated, spoiled, self-entitled PUNK KID NICK prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I also want the Hulk Hogan and his wife to pay through the nose financially, empty those deep pockets of cash, hit them where it would have the most impact on them. As far as Brooke goes, pffffft, wouldn't waste my breath on her.

40. Nick hogan is a worthless turd...what an un-educated piece of crap. I pray that John wakes up and tells the Hogan family to F**K off. Nick should be sent to jail or a juvenile detention center, but because he's a worhtless turd...I mean a "celebrity" he has served no time at all. Where's the justice?!?!

41. Hulk Hogan stated that it has been determined that this was just an accident and that there was no drag racing involved, "thank G-d". Really? Spin, spin, Mr. H. What an unfortunate little family of bleached blonde idiots. ANY word of the poor victim's medical condition should NOT be coming from the exceedingly stupid, vacuous and self-indulgent "Brookie". "Waking up?" How many shopping trips have you taken while the victim is "waking up?" When do they arrest this Nick?

Oh, and Linda, 17 year olds and tickets? How many 17 year olds have very nearly killed a friend?

42. his body is perfect, him only hit head. it only brain damage. not broken arm like me. him lucky. him got perfect body. no brain needed around this family so him make complete recovery, minus brain.

43. Nick is a spoiled brat. I'm sure mommy and daddy bought that car for him. What exactly does this kid do anyhow?? Like I said before, if mommy and daddy bail him out of this, they're just as guilty as Nick is. And some of the comments coming out of Brooke and Nicks' mouths I just can't believe. "He's doing okay.", "He just bumped his head." "He should have worn his seatbelt." etc., etc. It is so inappropriate for the Hogan/Bollea family (which one is it by the way??) to be commenting on John's condition. Why haven't we heard from the doctors or John's family? I do NOT want to hear how John is doing, from Nick, Brooke, or mommy and daddy.
By the way.......#27....RIGHT ON!!!!!!!

45. #46. We have all made mistakes, however, this was not a "mistake". This was an intentional act that could have been prevented. As a Mom of an 18 year old, I have always stressed to my son the importance of knowing there are consequences for your actions whether behind a wheel or doing anything else in life that may cause harm to yourself or anyone else. Obviously, the Hogan family does not share the same set of values. Otherwise, they would not have allowed their son to drive a vehicle after he received numerous speeding tickets. As a Florida resident (Tampa), there have been others who were sent to jail for the same offense. With any hope, the Clearwater police are gathering enough evidence to press charges and send Nick to jail. Maybe then he will understand what consequences really are. Justice should be served just as in the other cases. My understanding is that John's outlook is grim. If that is the case, then I hope his family receives a HUGE settlement from the Hogans to care for their son for the rest of his life.
