I just wrote something and it didn't get sent out so i'm going to try to make this short since i don't normally make comments like this. please people out there stop picking on stars trying to enjoy there lives. personally what they do with there lives is pretty much there buisness but to just go shopping and be bashed for it is ridiculous. there is a large percent of the nation who don't even spend time with there kids. if I were her I'd probably pack up to and go to somewhere far away, not that it would stop most of you from being hypocritical. I just want to challenge people to think. think about yourself in a persons situation for once. would u really spend everyday of your life at home because of these stalkers. and secondly why all the negative comments. most of you with these comments are probably the reason it keeps happening. what did she do to any of you? tired of watching any of these people? then don't. we all are presented with a choice. and a opinion too which so many of u so over rightly use. but why be negative. i just can't comprehend why so many people can be so negative towards someone u don't even really know. it becomes a witchhunt the moment any of you hear anything. It's pointless to have such hate in your heart. a million of u out there riding the bash train. but if maybe I could get one person to read this stop and think.

78. I'm sorry, but when people decide on careers that make them "celebrities" they KNOW that with that territory comes constant scrutiny. They make millions of dollars for doing not much of anything while the average American work their butts off Monday through Friday, with only a few weeks vacation a year, making less in their life time than these so called celebrities make per performance.
I can't feel sorry for these people, especially those who constantly put themselves into situations which bring them to the center of attention. If they tried wearing clothes that actually cover their bodies, such as skirts longer than crotch level and underwear, stop partying the majority of the week, drinking and drugging, etc. then the negative attention would disappear!!!
And, if the rich and famous spent more of their time and money helping the sick, the poor and the destitute, rather than on themselves and their extravagant life styles, the average person would be more sympathetic.
Lastly, stop logging onto these sites and buying the magazines that report every movement and guess what, the paparrazi would be out of a job! Then people such as Britney, Lindsey, and Paris could live more private lives.

80. To criticize Britney (or any celebrity for that matter) for leaving her house to go shopping with her son (which about 99.9% of mothers do) is just one of the many ironies on this site. You say she's a bad mother for taking her son to a place that's known for its large number of paparazzi, but isn't the real "bewildering" fact that there are so many paparazzi at that place?

Britney went shopping, not on a drunken-driving joyride, so how is that begging for paparazzi attention anymore than Brad Pitt taking his kids to school (which you failed to criticize, again showing the hypocrisy even among pseudo-news sites like this one). If Brad were to follow your logic, then his children would have to be home-schooled, right? You should send his manager a memo on that.

Celebrities, including Britney, should not be made into prisoners in their own homes simply because there are people out there who choose spend their days stalking them rather than going out and finding "real" jobs. The job of a paparazzo is the same thing as that of a hit man: a pricetag is being placed on someone's head. How is this legal?

As for the snide remark about Britney sucking on her son's pacifier, I don't know any mother who does NOT do that. It's a way of cleaning it off in case it is exposed to germs and there isn't running water available. I made fun of my sister for doing it, too, but that's because I was admittedly ignorant to the fact that she was willing to do something so disgusting to keep her child safe and happy. You've got the disgusting part right, but you've obviously missed the boat on the reasoning behind it (but to be fair, what else is new on this site?).

The reporting and commentary on this site is dangerous, irresponsible, and almost always inaccurate. It presents celebrities as things less than human, much like white people did to African Americans in the south years ago. I'm just waiting for the lynchings to start!

Instead of making headlines about Britney "sucking," why not put your attention on more pressing matters? (And if I have to list what those are, it only further proves my point about this site.)

81. the media is so unfair and unbalanced you pick on those who are weak and vulnerable. here is an example: britney spears ALMOST falls with her child and everyone is all over it shes a bad mom ect ect . katie holmes DOES fall holding her child and wearing 4in spikes and noone really says a word. i dont get it . oh by the way there are alot of really great parents out here who take there kids shopping, let them eat mcdonalds and buckle their kids up incorrectley into their child seats, its part of being a parent and a learning experiance just theirs is in the news and ours are not......

82. There are much more private places, not stalked by the PAP in Bel Air to shop. If she wanted to shop Robertson Blvd in BH isn't the place for privacy. She puts her antics out there, deal with it. If it was not a celebrety, those kids would already be in foster care!
I hope for the kids sake ( I don't care about her career) that she gets her act together.

No, you only see what the media shows you, everyone screws up at some point in their lives, u make mistakes, u learn from them and it's hard to concentrate when your constatnly in the media and ppl are calling you a "trainwreak" and calling you fat and saying that u neglect your children, no wonder Britney has no self respect left. For those of u who got picked on in high school and 9 chances outta 10 some of u at TMZ sure has, so why the disrespective captions that are always under her name? Does it ever occure to u ppl that she actually does have feelings? No wonder why she broke down. There should be some kind of law again ppl just crowding around a person like that to just take a picture when they have their children with them! It's endangering the life of the children, but why is Britney being blamed for that and the media isn't?? Answer that one for me...

87. I have 2 kids....ages 6 and 2.
I have fallen with both of them..granted it was only once each but the point is IT HAPPENS and i did not even have a hundred flash bulbs going off in my face when it happened.
I have also strapped my kid in the car incorrectly. I though I was doing it right but I quickly found out I was not..thankfully not by reading on all the newspapers and seeing it the news but by a neighbor.
I also DONT wear underwear (I dont wear short skirts either but thats besides the point)...I hate underwear and if I dont want to wear it who are you or anyone esle to tell me otherwise??? I mean seriolsy...I'm sure if I was hounded by paps all day long they would at some point or another get a shot of my ass...it's an ass or a crotch people! We all have one or the other...people get past the whole "OMG, shes has privates!!!" deal.
Also, I too put the binly in my mouth. It's called cleaning off the germs when it falls on the floor and there is no water around to clean it in.
As far as shaving her head goes, if anyone decided to take a close look at the infamous picture, they will see she had vertually no hair of her own anyway. The extensions in her head were done WRONG or rather the old fashion way and they ripped out most her hair to begin with. Shaving her head was probably the best thing to do!
Her perfomace at the VMAs sucked...but come on? MTV exploited her for ratings. Anyone else MTV would have said "no, we dont want you as our opening act if you are not going to be good" but they new if she got up there she would fail and they ate that up. Thats just plain mean...stupid on her part as well but it would not have been that big of a deal if they did nto make it out to be the "come back " of the centery! She goes out to clubs! How dare she! People, she is 25!!!! Just because you have kids does not mean your life ends. She is not bringing the kids with her to a Vegas night club until 3 am! And the way I see it, she is always caught comming and going too. Obvioulsy shes is walking and not stumbling all over or I'm sure THAT would be all over the news.
I read a story about how she went out to eat after 9pm with one of her sons....are you kidding me? What mother has not went out with there kids that late one time or another??? She gave her kids juice?? She should be shot. Gum??? My 2 year old LOVES gum. I give her a quarter or a piece so even if she swallowed it, it would less then the size of a pea. She loves it and it totally works as a bargaining tool to get het to listen when she is acting up at a bad time (ie. the line at the food store when I am trying to bag and she wants to run away)...and guess what, she has NO CAVITIES!... I cant beleive THESE are some of the reasons being used as evidence that she should not have her kids. And I can't beelive so many people are there are as judgemental as they are. I would love to take 3 people on this board with the rudest, snottest, mean and neive comments and put them under a microspope with THIER kids for one month and I garentee you they would make Britney look like an angel.

88. I believe that Britney is soon going to be so overwhelmed with everything that she is going to do something to seriously hurt herself. I don't want to read in the paper/net that she has done herself in because she couldn't handle the pressure. Then the media will begin pointing fingers about what/who was the cause of the tragedy, when the media is pushing it all along. Give her a break...yeah, she does suck being a mom in the public eye, but she doesn't know any better and obviously doesn't have the maternal instinct.
