As for DMX's attorney trying to play this out as a "celebrity" thing.....oh PUH-LEEZE. Hardly anyone ever heard of DMX before all this happened. I certainly didn't.

I must say, however, his video covers don't present a wholesome picture. Dogs snarling, bloodshed.......

As far as him being gone.......no one has said when these dogs were killed so for all anyone knows, DMX was on the premises. I guess DMX is trying to pull what Vick did, stating that he was never there, bla-bla-bla....

24. For the record....those two Arkansas boys [one was Gov Huckabee's son] should have been incarcerated. Yes, I agree.....there must have been a cover up. Even though this happened in 1998 and the statute of limitations has run out, I still feel the ex-governor and the boys and all those who covered up this horrible killing should be imprisioned for life. They are a disgusting menace to society.

Now back to DMX: I want to know why no charges have been filed against him??? Could it be they are turning it over to the feds? I hope, I hope.

25. No animal should be treated like that I agree with you. I'm Just saying Why is it time and time again when it's a person of COLOR people want the worse penalty But when it a white person now they dont get CHARGEd at all. Come on now. Lets treat them all the same. a crime is a crime.
I get outrage when I see the difference in treatment. Earlier when it was just about Vick n DMX people was all talkative. now it's white . and every went hush on me.

But in its simplest form, I guess its cause they're white and dmx and vick are Black...that make it feel better? If so, than why do Black people make up 13% of the US population but account for more than half of all the Country's murders? I have a link for that stat and others involving crime and race if you'd like it.

while you're at it, since you're the one bringing up white and black--- include the Jena 6 story that Black writer Jason Whitlock wrote so we all can have the Facts on that story too instead of just what the Mainstream Media has decided along with Al and Jesse, we would be allowed to know of.

I understand that you think there's a double standard. The incidence that you are referring to happened in 1998. There does seem to be a lot of articles online about the story. I don't know why they weren't charged. What they did was equally disgusting. I'm sure if it happened in Arizona...there would have been a different outcome.

30. "Shame" You are such a loser! They did not raise the animals to MURDER them. The dog was a "STRAY". You are such an "A**HOLE"! Why stick up for those black "FOOLS".
