The Olsen twins are sad little hobbits. They are lump-jointed, stick figure children. Were it not for their hundreds of pounds of clothes they layer themselves in, I'll bet they could levitate. Look at the sleeves on that coat! The boots almost swallow up the poor baby! And that vest! Dang, she looks like a yeti or a yak. It's all very unusual until understood.

They both probably suffer from a rare personality disorder akin to anorexia, and characterized by depression and a fear or loathing of self; a fear of being who they are. The piles of clothing and hunched, furtive posture is an unconscious attempt to hide, and is a common symptom of the disorder. They should recover when sufficiently mature. Now you know. Have a field day.
