Who's got the fairest pair -- of breasts? Cosmetic surgeon Patrick Mallucci says international shmodel/cyborg Caprice Bourret has the best rack around, and Victoria "Posh Spice" Beckham sports the worst. Major! breasts
Just what makes the best breasts? According to Mallucci (who had the oh-so-difficult job of poring over countless photos of breasts), good breasts have nipples that point upward, and an upper half that's slightly smaller than the bottom half.

Mallucci said he found Beckham's breasts to be "unnaturally round," but that didn't stop hundreds of his clients from requesting a Posh-like pair, reports the Daily Mail.

Have to agree that in Posh quest to become American or Hollywood version of American her fake blond hair and boobs all pushe dup look awful She looked way better as a brunette and her boobs dont look any diff than any fake boob job but she could wear clothes that dont make them look as fake for sure. At least she isnt claiming They are real like countless other celebs w/ boob jobs do: Tyra, Jessisa, Angelina
