Thank you DWAU for promoting intelligent debate and FACT FINDING research (on the TMZ Criminal Probe blog) ... we will continue to ASK QUESTIONS ... and DIG for answers (not spoon fed to us by the likes of Art Harris) .....we will keep the pressure on .... keep demanding FULL investigations into the deaths of Anna and Daniel ... we will not let interest wane ... we will not be deterred or sidetracked .... thank you for your road maps to further research.

Some bloggers have the obvious intention on these blog sites to waste time fighting and insulting and diverting attention away from the serious matters, and posting "news" with a biased slant, in an effort to sway public opinion.

Rita's book and the Red'ding book, and your comments, among other things, have helped me see more of the real Larry, real Howard, and real Anna, and switched my focus to different avenues of trying to help protect Dann'ielynn.

I read many different sources, then try to form my opinions from factual things, such as co'urt doc''uments (without any com'mentary), words out of people's mouths on tv interviews and magazine articles, reading body language, and common sense conclusions.

I am here because I am interested in this subject matter, and want to read comments by intelligent fellow bloggers, and to take action when and where I can. My goal remains the same -- justice for Daniel and safety for Dannielynn.
I gravitate towards other bloggers with the same goal. Together we can have our voices heard. It has become necessary to congregate in other forums outside this blog site.

It is my hope that people with first-hand knowledge of drug abuse and/or other dangerous behaviours which put baby Dannielynn in danger would be brave enough to contact the appropriate authorities with their information, before it is too late and we witness yet another tragedy.

396. Glad people are still posting on this site, lets not forget about this young man and his early death. Daniel may not receive the justice he deserves, but maybe we can all pervent HKS & LB from making more money off of little DL. If by chance Howard did nothing wrong, lets hope he is able to prove it, I recall him saying on the stand in FL that Daniel was like a brother to him, that brothered me, you would have thought he'd say Daniel was like a son to him.

397. Inquiring mind............................. thank you for the article. I think we should all remember what Howie did the last time. HE PLAYED THE VICTIM..........we can not give him what he needs to play that role again. This may post pone the Inquest before it starts. It could happen the Inquest could be postponed again. This is an Inquest nothing more or less. I am grateful to the Bahamian people for making the decision to go forward with this. Busy your selves with fact finding about Daniel , write letters to sponsors, TV, Magazine editors. Find other sites with like thinking. TMZ has become a sponsor of Larry and Howie. We have 31 days to wait. Wait patiently we must.

398. Daniel will never get justice. The Bahamians are on Howards side. He's got all his buddies lined up. Hell he's a citizen by now. The Bahamas should be boycotted. Letting this drag out so long. The Government help Howard steal a house that didn't belong to him. They are a bunch of loosers over there. All they care about is how much money Howard owes them. Larry shouldn't have left Howard Ex of the estate. He should bring a wrongful death suit against Howard on behalf of Dannielynn

It's about time, if the Bahamas would of done their job from the moment Howard gave Danniel those drugs (that cost his life) than Anna would still be alive today! & Howard & Larry are just no good bums, Larry tried & fooled us all for awhile, until the world saw Howard K Stern at Dannielynn's birthday party. He cant fool us no-more! & I pray for Dannielynn, the welfare needs to check her for her own safety! Anna's mother was the only person who really cared for Anna-

401. Hi - I will be bonkers if this inquest gets postponed again. I am very concerned that someone thinks that the Bahamasare on Howard Stern's side. Please tell me this isn't true. Since Howard Stern has so much money for all his interviews, etc. he has hired the most expensive lawyers, benefit of Anna Nicole, and probably sued almost everyone his was in contact with. Obviously, if he is just one of the winesses, he is obviously very upset about this inquest. Wonder Why JUSTICE FOR DANIEL!!!!!!!!!!!

402. H, I will go bonkers if this inquest is postponed again. Howard Stern made made enough money from his many interviews, etc. The coldest thing I think he did was to call Access (or some other magazine) from Florida to cover and photograph Anna Smith's funeral, supposedly the love of "his life". I personally think he is a psychopath, or has some severe psychiatric problems. He has hired the most expensive lawyers, (courtesy of Anna's money) and isn't he suing many people. He has had this inquest postponed so many times, because he knows what he did. You can't get away with everything, it catches up on you. If he is just a witness, he probably has alot to be concerned about. Daniel hated and was afraid of Howard, and was very upset that Howard kept giving his mother continually pills which put her in a stupor. He loved that because he made all the decisions, financial, etc. regarding her many legal issues. He admited in the Florida court, that Anna had supported him for three years, and he didn't work. Since Anna absolutely adored Daniel, they practically grew up together, I beleive that Daniel becamea burden for Howard. There are people in hiding because they are afraid of Howard, but will be in court when the inquest starts. Also Howard Stern told the staff at Horizons not to put calls through to Anna from Daniel!! I again feel that Howard felt Daniel was a burden., Howard has no conscious!! W e need to get JUSTICE FOR DANIEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also if was stated that Anna was overheard many times stating, "You Killed Daniel"
