61. what the hell is the matter with the court system? How about a reckless driving charge and taking away this punks license. The courts arent gonna do anything about this rich spolied brat until he finally does actually kill somebody, then it will be to late.
Thousand dollar fine, thats a insult to the kid laying in the hospital fighting for his life.

63. i agree that nick is a total moron, but so is everyone who is amazed that all he got was a $1000 fine while he almost killed his friend. this court date stemmed from a previous ticket and had nothing to do with the accident. the accident is most likely still under investigation because nick hogan has not been charged with anything regarding the accident. NICK HOGAN'S COURT APPEARANCE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ACCIDENT!!! to send the judge angry letters would be useless. wait until he actually is charged with something.

64. FINALLY, somebody realizes that this fine is for an earlier speeding violation.

STILL should have had his license revoked and I am waiting for his arrest, in the latest "incident", for attempted vehicular manslaughter and a few other charges I can think of.

Is this NICK HOGAN'S COURT APPEARANCE that was on the day the first two warnings by FHP that let him go (while going well over 100mph) that he bragged about in the CAR MAG?

If so were is the justice in this to all other 17 year olds that lie to our Officers of the Law ( he had family emergecy )

If I am correct that is a felony alone lying to a Police Officer, but then again we are talking about a Hogan Family that has a different set of laws unlike us regular common folk right?

66. Why am I not surprised that the little jerk didn't appear before the judge? For all of you who still support the wonderful Hogan/Bollea family, will you please wake up? I can tell you right now, if any of my brothers or sisters and I had ever had even 1 speeding ticket it would have been over...no more car, no more license and either walk or take the bus. And if it even got to court, my father would have had us there by our necks before a judge. No I am not jealous of that lousy family and frankly my parents were overly strict with us and there was plenty of tough love. We all turned out to have good morals. I guess we were lucky. Terry Bollea has raised his son to be a punk, a jerk and someone who could care less about the safety of others. My husband worked for the highway department of California for over 30 years and thank God he never ran across jerks like Nick Bollea....although many Cal-Trans workers have died due to idiots like him. Even if Nick is ever charged for the accident which will more than likely kill his friend, he will go free...of that I have no doubt. All you got to do is either be a celebrity or the spawn of one and you get your "get out of jail card free" automatically. But I will say this, if it was some one else who may have run one of Terry's useless brats off of the road due to speeding, old Terry would be out for blood. What a damn bunch of losers.

71. That was only for one ticket, not the crash. Go to www.tbo.com. He is facing more restrictions according to an article published today (total of 8 points against his license). The article does say that speed was a factor in the accident (which he hasn't been charged with yet).

THE JUDGE WHO FINED $1000 HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CRASH!!!! it was simply a fine for an earlier ticket! there have been no charges or tickets for the incident involving the crash and John Graziano. i am not on Hogan's side, i'm just being realistic. why are you going to send public protests to a judge who fined someone for a speeding ticket. that's all it was. a speeding ticket. THIS WAS NOT THE CRASH INVOLVING THE MARINE!!! get it right and start reading the facts more correctly.
