Given that Marcia just gave birth to twins, if she was born male then science has made a breakthrough none of us knew about. No, Marcia is all woman, and a darn good one, too, talented and intelligent.

As for the subject of this thread, all I'll say is: Behold the power of hormones. (And I don't know whether she's pre-op, post-op or non-op "down there" -- that's her business. As far as I'm concerned, she's a woman.)
