The always friendly Jeremy Piven is hanging with all the hottest rappers these days! He appeared in super fine rapper Common's latest video -- and now he's dining with Ludacris! Move ... get out the way!


TMZ spotted the odd pair leaving Nobu in Malibu last night, when handsome Ludacris said, "We're not breakin' any laws!" Somebody's a little paranoid!

The "Entourage" star was less chatty, keeping his thoughts to himself when asked to comment on Britney Spears. Is that amusement or annoyance on his face? Jeremy and Luda are actually filming "RocknRolla," a movie set for release in 2008.

Jeremy Piven is SO gross!! There is just something smarmy about him and he always has this goony "look how serious and famous I am" look on his face. And no matter how hard I try, I can't get past the hair implants or toupee or whatever he's got goin' on up there. The whole package...ewww......
