46. This just gets better and better... our wacky little Brit, going out wearing what looks like a large cloth diaper with hair that resembles a greasy, streaky mop, and stopping by to use a public restroom in a Quizno's. This poor creature needs help on so many levels.

47. The paparazzi are pathetic. The people that clamor to see a photo of this girl coming out of a bathroom are pathetic. TMZ is pathetic.

If people really want to see every single thing this girl does, such as coming out of a bathroom, then they are pathetic and our society is pathetic.

49. Of course all these twits manipulate the paps.! One week it's all about Paris, the next week it's Britney. The only way these photogs know where these people are is by getting a phone call telling them. Do you think Paris is laying low? No, the paps have not been told where to find her. Next week it will be all about Paris again. These pseudo celebrities make me sick to my stomach! And I do agree that if this girl does not get help soon, her life will end very tragically and that people is a shame!

50. I can't get over that this chick makes it a point to go out in public EVERY SINGLE DAY come hell or high water and puts herself through those vultures. She actually asks for it. Why can't she just STAY HOME for once and chill out? And I am so tired of hearing that same pap over and over again who can barely speak English trying to "help" her out of the firing squad of cameras. It just boggles the mind. Sorry, no sympathy for her.

52. Were her children alone in the car, even if asleep, while she went in to use the restroom? That's incredibly dangerous, even for the average Jane Doe.

Why don't some of those many photogs call the police when they see her doing something stupid, like this incident, or hitting that woman's car in August which Britney has just been charged for?

Can't the safety of Britney's children, and of the public in general, be of greater importance, for ONCE!, then for every single photographer within arm's reach getting a picture of her??

Maybe if someone actually called the police, Children's Services, etc., right away, when Britney does something stupid or illegal, she'd actually be held accountable and get some real help.

I think Keven and Britney's family need to do an intervention for the sake of those two helpless little boys.

I totally agree with you, but let's take it one step farther. We're the idiots because we're reading this stuff. I now know why celebs always carry their children. The poor kids would get crushed by photographers if they were in strollers. It's a dangerous situation we've all created by our curiosity and the media's greed. On that note I'm removing TMZ and all the rest from my favorites list.

58. why am i not surprised about the stupid comments made on here? it's the SAME people, EVERYDAY, with the SAME thing to say.. and more surprising, half say their parents, yet they continue to come onto a blog to bash someone - if you don't like her that much, why bother?..

she has paps follow her from home, no wonder they know where she is going... and she can't leave LA w/out the kids b/c of KFed - duh...

and Yeah Yeah - that photo of her smoking was PHOTOSHOPPED - there is a picture of her w/out the cigarette, and if you look at it closely enough (because you care so much to even look), you'll see that it is not her hand .. she's made some major mistkes, but it's nice to know that no one on here has ever made some doozies - and at least she has not done it again. give a rest.. if you don't like her, then why do you spend so much of your time on here???? go read your kids a book, or get back to work

See those ads at the top of the page here? The more hits they have,
the more those ads pay TMZ.

You can also maybe e-mail them http://www.tmz.com/contact/contactus/ and tell them about your dis-satisfaction.

The fact is, TMZ is a celeb gossip site... don't say "oh i come here for the news!" if you want REAL news try MSNBC or CNN.
