22. True a weird angle for sure. maybe to make a more twisted picture or a tall photorapher with a mighty big flash bulb? Look at the shadow caste onto the wall behind her. That's enough light to make anyone look ghostly but Courtney has always maintained a light skin complextion part of her shtick!
