While is true some of the 911 calls need a lot to work on, especially having to speak to different dispatchers to get help, we should not bash the people we call for help because we do not know how things work. I took the time to research the route a call takes when is place and while you are being ask different questions, help has been sent the moment they have your location; the correct location that is, the rest of the questioning is to determine what else do you need besides a simple ambulance and a police car, sometimes the assistance of the fire department might be require or higher medical help or if severe enough a helicopter. Lets face it all this noise about the 911 is only due because Mr Clooney is a well know actor and liked by many, it this was you or me this will have never come to light. It is easy to destroy and judge the dispatcher on standard that we don't know, and only have an idea due to fiction shows like Rescue Me, or Third Watch, or ER and so many that give a false reality about the medical field and how is works, and while they might have a little sense, it's what works in those towns they represent and once again the scripts are fictional. It is not know if Mr Clooney was operating the motorcycle in an unsafe manner but because he is famous we assume he was being careful. People wake up and enough with judging people and their jobs when you do not know anything about it, if you feel there is a need for improvement this is not the place to write about go to your local government and let your voice be heard, write letters find a group of people who share your ideas and goals and together try to make a difference if you really care.
