61. Comparing Whitney to Britney makes no sense. Like someone already said, Whitney is a phenomenal singer. Britney is an exceedingly average performer and a poor singer. Hopefully, Britney will retire (FOREVER). Nowadays, young kids need REAL talent to aspire to. Not some cheap white trash superficial blond without any talent whatsoever. LONG LIVE WHITNEY...QUEEN OF ALL MUSIC All the haters are not worthy to kiss her feet. You bastards couldn't discern talent and musical genius if your sad lives depended upon it.

63. DOGS HAVE OPINIONS THESE DAYS, ASK MICHAEL VICK. Dogs have opinions too. It is interesting to read all these comments made comparing one singer to another. Obviously this was the intent of the article. Truly the operative word is COMEBACK. Who would have a better comeback. This is going to be really hard to tell as we live in an era of Fabricated Artists. Take the likes of Britney and Rhiana, the Chris browns. These Artists are showing that its hard to measure up to industry standards set by Talents like Whitney, Admittedly, even Whitney herself is having a hard time measuring up to her own standards, while others are trailing a long way behind.

The true UN-fabricated artist is the artist that can perform live, no lip singing. One thing for sure, it is going to be really hard. Whitney never lipsings.... Good bad or sick.... What u see is what you get, In the past, the more they stretch the notes, the more she stretch her vocal cords, and the thing is she cant start to lipsing now, because we are not accustomed to her doing it. The true comparison remains that no matter what, Whitney is in such elite class that we can truly only compare her to herself. As for Britney, I think it is way too soon in her career to be thinking of a comeback. I can argue that no artist has ever had to launch a comeback first before putting out the best of the best album .So Britney really have more to loose here. It’s going to be interesting to see.

In the past Whitney boasted about doing her albums in 6 weeks, one take on a song and it’s a rap. We are now waiting one year. Something tells me there is trouble somewhere. As much as we hate to see any of our idols go down, and judging by her recent flops, if this album is not a success, I think the Execs will be calling it a rap for our Miss Whitney. Bottomline, she has to get it together, and fast. I really am pleased to see her in New York looking great. Tells me that she is working. We haven’t seen a working Whitney in years. This is the reason for her flops, she did no tour, very little promotion if any. Whitney has always made most of her money in EUROS...overseas, smart. Whitney is an international artist and while we in America are quick to tear apart, and dwell on others for their mistakes, Europeans on the other hand are more open minded, casual and forgiving. They see things like drugs, bad marriages, and bad press as testament of strength, courage and verbosity in a person, especially a woman. Take a look at Princess Diana's life for example.

In every estimation, Whitney is more of a Queen overseas than in her own country. Now judging by her recent moves, and work ethics. I think she can be trusted. And I believe this is what Clive sees as well. If she were to now look at the international sphere, forget about the negative publicity in her own country, Vocal rehabilitation a personal trainer, dietician, A new Stylist, some more Armani, Pradas, LV, without hesitation I am confident she will do well. On the other hand all Britney needs is a reality check. Someone like Clive in her corner, a Personal trainer, We cannot forget that Britney can dance, and because of this we never noticed her vocal limitations, Not much right. So Britney has it, she just needs to realize it. Take a note from...Well from her own book.

65. What an amazing voice/actress/talented - Ms. Houston. Hope she can stay clean, stay away from Brown and get herself back in control rather than letting drugs control and rob her and us from the incredibly strong, beautiful lady she can be. I'm praying for the Come Back Queen to come back to us and take her rightful place in R&B history.

70. she is on something...brings me back to the days when she was doing drugs...i heard somewhere that she was upset that bobby brown was offering her cocaine...and because she was so upset she couldnt record and had to cancel a recording session and rehearsal....eeemmhhh....wow...word is she didnt do it...but it wont be long before she gives in. 75. I do not know Ms. Houston personally, but I have very fond memories of singing every note (just like she did) she produced with her superior vocals for the whopping hits she belted out over the years.

What I do know is that Ms. Houston is capable of learning and it sems that she has learned that what she thought was going to make for a marriage-made-in-heaven, has turned out to be otherwise. Her marriage to Mr. Bobby Brown is not her only faux pax I guess, and there would be, must be several other nonsencical decisions that she conciously made , both against her better judgement and the better judgement of others.

These are all a part of life's lessons: to be learned from!

She has broken out of the union with Mr. Brown, she has probably broken away from the dirt of the alleged drug orgies, and she can dig herself out of all the other dirt which has been heaped upon her by her own efforts and by millions of others too.

That she is resilient, she must know!

That she is still talented she must know!

And that SHE IS STILL a Beautiful woman of God's inside and out, she MUST KNOW!..She needs to continue acting positively and thinking through all her future decisions in a sensible, honest and clear manner. Her heart , her focus for the present, hopes for the future and the reality of her past must guide her.

She also needs the light that radiates so magnificiantly from those of us who, like her have been to that dark place and who have been renewed by a power greater than ourselves!

And those of us who would rise from our slumber yet again tomorrow still being thankless for the benefit of life, would do well to reach out and discover the amazing strength that God has provided this woman with to come back ,not to us her fans and naysayers, but to HIM!
