22. I have gotten a DUI myself and I think the laws are a little bit harsh. I feel that many times people are fine to drive even if they are above the .08 limit, and this very well could have been the case with Kiefer. However, this guy has more money than most people. In order words, HE CAN AT LEAST AFFORD A CAB! Theres no reason why he shouldnt get a cab. If I were as rich as him, I wouldn't think twice about it.

24. A related story said Keifer Sutherland was listed by the sheriff's office at time of arrest as 5'10" and 150 lbs. Hah! He is a minimum of 205, probably 220 in the picture with his lawyer. I can tell- I have sons and hubby from 5'10 to 6'2", none fat, and all weigh more than 180. What do you know? In Hollywoodland, men also lie about their weight.

25. Mr. Social Responsibility?? He does a video on Fox about energy/global warming and how WE can all be more responsible...please. Time to grow up and be a responsible adult. I'm sure you could spring for cab fare home.

27. Leave Kiefer alone! My gosh people get pulled over every day for DUI's and everyone picks on the famous people. They are no different than any of us, they are just regular people who just happen to have some money big deal. Leave Kiefer and the others alone!!! If you have to complin about DUI's complain about the 1000's and 1000's pulled over every year and not the 5 or 10 famous people who get pulled over for the same thing. Besides, look in your own back yard and remember all the times you drove under the influence and didn't get caught. Grow up and get over it people!

28. Sutherland is best actor or our time; but, he is also human and makes mistakes in his personal life. None of us have gone thru our lives without making mistakes; I just hate to see him destroy his physical health and, potential, the lives of other people while he is driving drunk. Keifer, you have a great life and all the advantages one could ask for, quit drinking, focus on getting healthy, and live a long, successful life. AND, keep giving us the pleasure of watching your acting - you are at the top of your game and should not destory your career and health over alcohol.
