I don't think he did it. i think she realized there was no trick she could turn that would change her desperate life, and challenged him to make things happen for her or she would cause a stink. he said no, get out, and she turned the gun on herself. She was that desperate. When you go to Phil spector's 'cASTLE' IN alhambra at midnight feeling entitled to better screen roles because you work as a hostess at a club, you are desperate. if he shot her it was agame and death by misadventure, but not murder. Spector didn't murder someone to go the OJ trial route for publicity.

27. You folks amaze me all the time. The vote was 10 - 2 but doesn't say which way. You automatically assume it was 10 guilty and 2 not guilty. No ands ifs or buts. However, murder and manslaughter are different types of killing and manslaughter was not even a consideration in this case.
