Britney Spears hasn't had her white Mercedes convertible for long -- but she's already busted it up. Dang ding!
Cameras snapped pics of the front end of Spears' ride while she lunched at Acapulcos (pronounced Acu-poo-culas) yesterday, and gosh darn it, the thing was already in need of a body shop. (The car.)
Spears will be in court next month for the alleged Brit-and-run -- in which she scratched up her black Mercedes after being caught on tape hitting a parked car.
31. Pathtic brit. You know how many people out there would kill for and pamper a car like that. The arrogance of hitting a car and just driving off when you know people are taping it is beyond anything i can understand. PS i agree, the ding dang thing got tired VERY long ago, how can no one on the writing staff realize that?

35. THAT DENT IS NOT NEW AND IS CLEARY VISIBLE IN THE VIDEO IN WHICH TMZ CLAIMS HER KIDS ARE HOLDING ON TO ONE ANOTHER FOR DEAR LIFE released a couple days ago. I noticed it right away. Check the vid. It is clearly visible at the beginning of the video. If it is so obvious to me watching from her at home, I am sure it was also obvious to TMZ. Why they chose to wait days to comment on the dent in the car and pretend it is a new occurrence is suspect.. One has to think it is simply because they have no other Brit news to report today.
The obvious smear campaign certainly has this reader wondering what in the world this young woman has done to tick Harvey off so badly.

If the photogs would just stop taking this trainwreck's picture, she # 1, might be able to drive, and # 2, wouldn't be on every single magazine cover and website. Fox5ny was on before reporting on how Britney was driving her car and text messaging and smoking at the same time. I am sure this girl is not the first person to do this.
There are millions of people driving in from Jersey going through the tunnel or over the bridge every day that do the same thing. Give me a break . The next thing they will be repoting is that it is Britneys fault we went to war and that she told the President that there were wepons of mass destruction in Iraq

45. Why has she not been arrested for driving without a license? She does not have a current license but we see her driving everywhere. The police need to explain why TMZ and others get photos of her driving and she is an unlicensed driver. Maybe if she stayed home to be a mother she could use some of that free time at go to DMW.
