Sometimes Hollywood can seem like a circus -- but a couple reality TV "stars" took it one step further last night, forming their very own makeshift ~~C-list~~ F-List clown car.

We can count 8 people in this car, including "The Hills" babe Audrina Patridge, loser on-again-boyfriend Justin Bobby and Cisco Adler -- with a few females who have worse hair than ... Cisco Adler.

18. These people are NOT celebrities! Why are they even being photographed? Justin Bobby is a tee-total jerk!!! He treats Adriana like crap! I can not believe she even gives him the time of day!!! Adriana is NOT a celebrity just b/c she is on The Hills!!! Hollywood is so effed up!!!! These people are the epitomy of Red Neck Central!
