Britney Drives Illegally!

Britney Spears has been driving illegally.

A TMZ records check reveals the popwreck does not have a valid California driver's license. She has applied for one, but it's still in the pending file.

And get this: Spears has never had a California license for all the years she's lived in L.A.!

A DMV official told TMZ, "At this point, Britney Spears does not have a valid California driver's license. She has an application pending that she never completed."

TMZ has video of Spears driving here and there this weekend. She also has a pending hit and run criminal case.

Ding dang, y'all.

196. I, personally, don't care for Britney but I certainly don't think this is a valid reason to take her kids. Kevin Federline is poison for this girl (child) and her children. He see's a bank roll to make up for his failed attempt at a medocre career. He's nothing short of a freeloader!!! And I must say that, in spite of her antics & poor decisions, especially in a mate, she doesn't deserve this.

197. i think that she deserves everything that she got. apparently she's into the party life, rather than staying home and taking care of her kids. drugs overtook the situation. just because she is a so-called star doesn't mean she can mess up and get away with it. now is k-fed's turn to be both the father as well as the mother and make a difference in those kids lives.
all eyes are on him, and the ball is in his court. if brit was ordered to go and attend the classes, and chose not to as well not do anything else then she got was was coming to her.
it's time to make brittney take some responsibility for her actions. she had no business becoming a mother to begin with. personally, i think she is going to become another anna nicole simpson. that's where she's heading. i can tell the public is outraged by her haneous actions. who wouldn't be????

200. I drove in California for several years with my Hawaii license plates...untill getting pulled over for a speeding violation and then having 30 days to get California plates. I guess maybe I shouldnt have gotten a California license so soon after arriving in California since it gave the officer a date to compare to the plates, making it obvious I had been in California a few years already.

Everyone does it!! Not just Britney.

202. OMG... what kind of mother has no emotions when her kids are taken away? what kind of mom cont. to use drugs knowing she could lose her kids? What a dumb B***H! she went from every girls role model to every boy's play toy... You need to be locked a way for good you dumb broad.... and keep driving around with no driver liscense your so responsible... also i heard she got mad at a waiter because her dinner bill was too high and then did the same thing at another place but this time walked out with out paying... how greedy can you get?????????
