22. This may or may not be a problem for her. What state does she file income taxes in? Wherever she claims residency is where her license should be issued. I'm sure she has a drivers license from the state that she resides in. I went to school in Idaho for 2 years and kept my Missouri drivers license and license plates--as a student, I was not considered an Idaho resident. It's likely that Britney is legally a resident of Louisiana and therefore, would not have to have a CA drivers license.
