32. Since Brittney's legal residence is in Louisiana, she does not have to hold a driver's license from CA. She does have a license issued from her home state.
Not that this makes her a "good" driver.

33. She must have a driver license somewhere, how else would she be able to buy a car? Or get car insurance? Her brilliant staff more than likely did not tell her she would need one in CA. Next thing we will be looking at last years tax return to see where she claimed her main residence to be.

34. How many of you developmentally arrested boys in the TMZ production office admit you work for TMZ? Any self respecting "journalist" would avoid class reunions, family gatherings etc. so as to not admit what it is you do for a living. 36. She is breaking law. She is aware she is breaking the law. She does not care. She is a reckless person. She has no social skills to function as a person, mother or contributing member of her community. Her citizenship stinks. She is a dumbass.

39. Has anyone ever thought, this girl has serious mental health issues? I have never cared for her as a musician/artist, but I know that if I can't say something nice I should keep my opinions to myself. Ask yourselves this... Is my life so bad that I have to pick and poke fun at someone else to feel good about myself? Also, what if this were your daughter, or sister, or you? When you get the urge to Brit Bash or any other bashing, you should be saying thank you Jesus, by the grace of God that's not me.. Now GROW UP!

42. Its is really sad that people would defend Brittneys actions, drinking, driving, drugs, drivng with a child in her lap. What would these same people do if their child was killed by Ms. Spears while she was drunk driving and with no CA drivers lic. Would they want her punished then or would they continue to say poor girl, shes had it so rough. No, they would want action taken. These celebrities need to be held accountable, just like everyone else.
