52. Seems like her divorce was in California and lists a California address on the papers. Seems to me she's a resident of California. California law says if you live there, you have to get a CA DL within like 30 days or something. Now if she doesn't have a valid driver's license, is she insured? Can you get insurance without a driver's license? Oh, if she's driving in the pic here, where's her seatbelt?
