Britney Drives Illegally!

Britney Spears has been driving illegally.

A TMZ records check reveals the popwreck does not have a valid California driver's license. She has applied for one, but it's still in the pending file.

And get this: Spears has never had a California license for all the years she's lived in L.A.!

A DMV official told TMZ, "At this point, Britney Spears does not have a valid California driver's license. She has an application pending that she never completed."

TMZ has video of Spears driving here and there this weekend. She also has a pending hit and run criminal case.

Ding dang, y'all.

she was issued her license by peter pan and donald duck.
her photo was unavalable at the time so her picture is just a vente cup of starschmucks
coffee.

49. Oh Maxx and some of you others are true idiots: Snarksnark already said it. You have to get a California one in 10 days. She's gestated her two little mistakes and given birth to both of them in California. She has worked in California (her mini-"comeback" tours) and she owns property in California. She had an accident in California. She shops regularly in California. Get over it: the woman you worship IS AN IDIOT and you follow her.
