TMZ has learned Britney Spears has lost physical custody of her kids. L.A. County Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon issued an order today, stating that Kevin Federline, the boys' father, "is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 12:00 PM until further order of the court."
Judge Gordon had ordered Spears to undergo random drug testing and take parenting classes. Sources say Federline's powerhouse lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan (left), raised the issue that Spears was driving without a valid California driver's license, something first reported by TMZ.
X17 is reporting that Spears took the kids to the drive-thru at Carl's Jr. at 12:02 this afternoon and surrendered the kids to K-Fed's bodyguard three minutes later.
A source connected with the case says Spears was not focusing on the judge's order last month, and she may not have attended the parenting classes or performed the required drug and alcohol testing.

So, is TMZ proud that they were the catalyst for Federline getting this done? Do you know for sure her Louisiana license isn't valid? And Federline has left the boys with others while he goes out drinking and drugging. Don't notice a lot of coverage on that here.

1728. I think it is about time that people leave the poor girl alone. Who are we to judge her. Half the people out there do worse off with their kids than she does. Since she is famous, her life is in the spot light. Shouldn't we be more concerned about other issues? I have seen some bad parenting on my part, and nothing is being done to those parents. Everybody makes mistakes. Its a part of parenting. You learn and move on.

1732. I'm very concerned about Britney Spears. She has been in the middle of a break down for some time now and everyone seems to have no concern for her. We all knew Kevin was wrong for her. She lost her husband, then her children. She has turned to drugs and alcohol due to her losses and depression. Everyone once loved to watch her perform, now everyone is having fun gossiping about her and making fun of her. What is wrong with you people??? She is surrounded by so much negativity that she cannot even prioritize. She needs support from her friends, family, and fans.!!! Her personal life should not be splashed around the way it is.
