20. It's a shame have so much negative to say about Kelly. Yes she is the child of 'hollywood', but overall I'd say she has handled it better than most of the others her age. She tends to keep a low profile, goign abotu her life day by day. At least she wis 'wearing clothes', maybe she is not the picture of style here, but real clothes, people, it could be worse, she could be spottted falling out of yet another limo, drunk or high and panty-free....so cut her a break.

22. At least the dog isn't dyed pink this time. I'm no cardcarrying member of PETA but when I saw those pics of Kelly with that dog dyed pink a year or so ago I could have just smacked Kelly in the head, maybe knock some sense into her. The dye in red food colouring is a known carcinogen and this dumb broad used it on her dog's skin? As to dressing the dog up, well a lot of people do that, some just for fun, some to actually keep the dog warm. Sure it's silly but to a lot of us our dogs are our children, so no big deal.
