46. I don't get why you people are still blaming the Paps for this. She is an adult and did not do what the courts ordered, you can blame no one but Britney. She is the one who always made herself available to the Paps, always wanting the attention. Get over it people, Britney did this to herself. She handed her kids over early to Kevin, what does that say for her. I do hope she gets the help she so desperately needs.

51. I have NEVER commented on anything before, but I just feel COMPELLED to chime in...She IS a trainwresk, I can't stop watching! Anything to save herself or her kids was thrown out of the window in her quest for pap photos. I don't even think its drugs anymore, ANY crack head mother would show some kind of emotion at losing custody of her kids! To literally show her a$$ yesterday spoke VOLUMES!! I think Brit is just a fame whore has-been, who has nothing to fall back on now...no education, no family (her choice) and maybe, no real talent. It takes 2 people to commit a person for 72-hour psychiatric evaluation...there's a hundred thousand of us who would gladly sign and try to force her to get some help.

57. did that paps have a hand in this? no.. other than showing she was driving illegally in cali (she was required to have gotten a licence there years ago, one in la isn't good enough). i don't know, but to me, i don't want someone illegally driving around who has accidents... tho i think the paps are a good factor in why she has so many.

but the reasons she lost the boys were all her, and NOT the paps(tho i am disgusted with them)

brit never:

*went for either of the 2 parts of her councelling
*went and got a cali licence after it was made clear to her she couldn't drive with her la licence in cali
*never went for the drug testing
*not drink or play with stuff for atleast 12 hours before she was with the kids(they were living with her afterall)

these alone were things brit was required to do by court order to keep the boys, and a result of her hit and run in aug. she clearly, by her actions, isn't ready to take responsibility for her actions and the results.

i agree wholey about there should be laws with the paps, they are disgusting and lower on the food chain than the lawyers.

59. OMG! I am sick of everyone saying that britney was out partying. This video only shows she was checking into a hotel. For some privacy I am sure. I have not seen video or pics of her partying last night or even in a club. TMZ and all the paps. Give her privacy!!!!!

Clearly this girl is going through some serious, serious stuff. All "we" know is what the media shows us... chooses to show us. Obviously she's not right, and it's clear she needs help but who is anyone to judge beyond that??? The only people that REALLY know what's going on are the people that are close to her. I am so very sick of seeing all this bashing of her. People take a PHOTO of her and imediately everyone goes ballistic about how she's out havin a grand old time! Okay...??? Hell.. there's pictures of me smiling when I was dying inside. And people say things like she needs to kill herself and get it over with?! That's DISGUSTING and you people should be ashamed of yourselves... as it was commented before, how would you feel if you were going through something, or someone you love was.... and that was said?

I hope that she disapears for awhile and gets herself together.. then again, why should she have to hide away to have a normal life?? Here's a thought... LEAVE THE GIRL ALONE!! I saw some special on tv about her "year". It was ridiculous. They showed video of her getting out of her car, angry, yelling at the paparazzi because they would not leave her and her kids alone and she physically could not drive to where she was going... among other times. And someone on the show acted like she freaked for no reason and called her crazy. How would anyone react to being followed every minute of every day that you are not holed up in your house?!!! If I were stalked every day of my life, if I were picked at and judged by every single little thing that I did and people were making assumptions about my life... I would probably go crazy myself. WHO WOULDN'T????!!

Again, it looks like she really does need some serious help. It's clear she needs to get herself together. Only she knows what's going on inside. And I hope she finds her way to healing that asap!!
