394. everyone talks about how kevin is a good father. i have no respect for him. when a woman is pregant by you and you leave her for someone else is disgrace. then you have 2 babies with someone else and leave her after she has the baby. shar jackson in my opionion has no creditabilty. she is only hanging on for the money. he didnt pay child support, britney paid for shar's kids. why would any woman deal with a man who has never paid his own way in life. tmz doesn't deserve respect either. tmz only follows britney but never kevin. if kevin is such a good parent why doesn't he start paying his own bills. kevin is a wantabee. if everyone were so worried about these kids why didn't they speak up sooner. also, britney's parents used her also. as long as she was making money for them they were happy.

395. Kevin is a better father than Larry Birkhead. At least Kevin doesn't sell any of his kid's pictures to make a buck the way Larry sells Dannielynn at the drop of a hat.

396. What is wrong with you people? Many people have nannys and a nanny walking the kids would hopefully attract fewer paps. I am so not a Kevin fan, but if he was walking the kids the delightful paps would be screaming questions at him and scaring the kids like they did with Brit. He has done an EXTREMELY wise thing having a nanny to make sure the kids are properly fed and aren't awakened at 4 a.m. when their mother comes home from the clubs. When with Brit, there was always some new and different security guy carrying them. Who looked after them at home when Brit was tanning and clubbing? Who was there for them as a constant to bond with? A kind nanny to feed and clothe and bathe them and a father who is at least there for them is what these kids need.....and the photogs to LEAVE THEM ALONE!!!!!!!

397. I have young children and suffered from depression and it is very difficult but you know what, you pick your ass up and get the help that you need. You do everything the court ask of you because your children are more important then partying, shopping, driving and drugs. K-Fed might be a bastard and a horrible rapper but she made him the father, no wait she paid for him to be the father so the joke is on her because right now he's looks like he's the better parents of the two and him not working and seeking child support is no worse then a single stay at home mother seeking support from a wealthy father. And no mom is not the most important person in a child's life both parents are equally important to developing a well rounded child. Mom can do it on her own yes but if Dad is the the picture regardless he is a value asset to a child.

399. Those kids seem so happy and well adjusted . Wish I could say the same for Brad Pitt and Angelina's brood. They seem so unsmiling and appear to have such a rootless existence.

400. I'm glad to see those kids smiling instead of crying. Maybe the judge should give custody to the Nanny instead of the parents (just a thought). I agree TMZ leave those kids alone they have had enough. It goes to show you even though K-Fed is in a gated community anyone can get in and take pictures of his kids. Maybe they had K-fed's permission so that the courts could see how "normal" their life is with their dad. I agree where is K-Fed? After the trauma they suffered you think he would at least spend the 1st day at home with them instead of the nanny. Clearly he is the better parent at this time but he is clearly motivated by the money he will get from the child support. He had zero credibility as a human

401. the media play a big role of a celebrity life. They can make a person good or bad. They can make a situation good or bad. The media have that power. What people don't see is what is really going on. I don't agree or disagree with britney's life, but i ain't no one to be jugging her. I am not a britney's fan or a kevin's fan, but I do feel that everything was set up. Britney is messing up and she is making wrong decision, but she ain't perfect. No one is perfect! This two boys are the one suffering and if they really want to make them happy then they should be taken away from both. I want to see the media follow kevin, i want to see how many times has kevin mess up! If Britney is mentally ill, then we should blame kevin, her parents and media. The only support she has is her "true fans" .......

403. To poster #34 Shaka: I can't speak for poster #23 but I do know that in Canada when the Freedom of Information Protection of Privacy Act went through, a provision was included to protect minors. That meant that even something as mundane as a community or school event couldn't be published with the express written permission of the parents or guardians of minors. Forms were sent out by the schools for parents to sign giving local newspapers permission to publish photos of children on sports teams and that sort of thing. I know organizations such as TMZ might not appreciate the thought of that kind of restriction but I truly believe that kids should be protected regardless of their parents status.

405. Give her a break. As far as we (the public) know now, she has not beat her kids, starved her kids, molested her kids, etc.
She's under a microscope of the paparazzi, news media & public scrutiny.
We do know K-Fed left "the former girlfriend" very pregnant with the 2nd kid, married Brit quickly, fathered two others and left them. He's not exactly the "Fatherly Figure" I would want to see the courts give the boys to. How about the Grandparents until things settle?? Put a microscope on K- Fed....I'll bet it will be ugly.
