i really don't get why it's so hard to understand...

to get divorced in cali.. you have to be a resident of cali...

once you are a resident in cali, you have 10 days to get a DL for cali, because the one for your previous state is invalid once you move residence.

you can only have a valid licence for the state you are a legal resident of.. which happens to be Cali for brit... her la one is just a pretty piece of plastic.

63. SKANK - we'll be here all day lol i'll tell you what, when TMZ confirms that she got her license, make sure you're back on the board. I like where you get your news from though... have you ever gotten your license before? or moved? ok - then you'll know that all she needs is to take the written test in CA, then she gets her pretty little picture taken and then gets the license. so explain to me why she got her picture for the DMV yesterday, then was cleared to drive???

66. We all know Britt needs help.....Why can't everyone who talks about her just back off and leave her alone....?? The only reason Federline wants the children is because he is a loser and wants MORE MONEY from Britt. He is a party animal who does drugs and drinks alcohol, especially when he goes to Vegas. The only reason he is known now is because Britt made the mistake of marrying him. What a loser he is, but no one talks about how he left his pregnant gf to marry Britt. He didn't care then, so why should he care now about the woman she married. We've all made mistakes in our lives, so who are we to judge her about what she is going through. Pray for her so that she can get the help she needs to have her children back. They NEED her Mom too!!!
