17. Radiohead? You've gotta be kidding. They should be paying ME to listen to their whiney noise when I'm forced to hear it out in public.

But kudos go to these guys. They've got the right idea. I'm sure some limpwristed black-dyed-hair urban wine-tasting freaks will shell out plenty more to cover the people who are smart and pay $0.00.

Now if we can get the rest of the world to do the same, I will personally bow before Radiohead and thank them profusely for starting a great idea!

$0.82 Publishing royalties
$0.80 Retail profit
$0.90 Distribution
$1.60 Artists' royalties
$1.70 Label profit
$2.40 Marketing/promotion
$2.91 Label overhead
$3.89 Retail overhead

So I am going to pay them $5.00 for the download. This is more than Radiohead would get from the sale of a CD (but I also don't get the CD package).

BTW I would pay more for this CD, can someone convince that I should pay more?
