52. Ok this is just bringing up old issues. A court of law found him innocent. The court of law did its job. The prosecutors in the case screwed up royally, but that is a whole other issue. Jeopardy has run amok in this country. You get off in a criminal trial, but you are guilty in a civil trial. This doesn't seem fair to me regardless of who it is. Just for the record, I think OJ is guilty as sin, but I don't think that he was the one doing the cutting. It is a long story as to why I think that but just for the record, I think OJ is guilty. But the laws of our country presume innocence until proven guilty and he wasn't proven guilty.

Now on the the property issue. Goldman is trying to punish OJ. Personally I think that Goldman is as bad as OJ in many ways. The watch, the personal property any of it is all that goldman is entitled to and that isn't going to get to the 32 mil that the court said his son was worth. Think about that...the court said that your son is only worth 32 million dollars. If something were to happen to any member of my family, there is no amount of money that would ever fill the loss, but to have the court say flat out, your son is only worth 32 million dollars, I'd be outraged at the court for being so narrow minded in the monetary value of my son. Also, sell the watch on Ebay? How ridiculous. Who would buy it? and why and how much would you want to sell it for? Will the buyer then sell it for more money? Will that money have to go to the Goldmans too?

Bottom line, no money will replace the son, heal the pain, forget the memory or change the facts. If it were any one of you in this boat, you would all be screaming bloody murder at the "outrage of the life draining award" the court said you had to pay. Where is the forgiveness? I'm sure there is a special place in hell for OJ. But he has been judged by the laws of the land and won. It is no longer our job to judge him. Goldman needs to make money for the memory of his son the old fashion way. Write a book, do a book tour, develope a foundation to the memory of his son for assault victims. But sitting back and waiting for the windfall of money from OJ is like trying to suck Oxygen from a tail pipe of a car...you can do it, but you will die trying.

55. When is it going to stop???? This deal with the money and material things will NOT bring Nicole and Ron back.... The kids are suffering through out this, they had to live without their mother, and now Mr. Goldman collecting every penny he can get. Mr. Goldman, are you going to split part of what you are getting with the Brown's? Last time I checked they were also named as recipients on the civil trial. I don't see the Brown family making appearances as often as you and your daughter do, when Simpson passes away are you going to also get any life insurance or anything that he may have set up for his kids?

58. A CA judge has no jurisdiction over OJ, as he is now a resident of FL. The judgment must first be domesticated in the FL courts before any seizure of his assets can occur.
