92. Remember the infamous slow car chase? That was OJ determined NOT to pay for what he had done, that's the kind of sociopath he is, the man has no concience. That entire trial was such a circus and was screwed up from start to finish. He got away with murder and then he was sued and found liable in a wrongful death suit. Are you following me so far?..all you loons who keep telling Mr. Goldman to get a life? OJ firmly believes he is above the law so the Goldmans and the Browns (these are the victim's families, remember?) have to keep going to court to try to force him to pay the money he was ordered to pay when he lost the lawsuit. This includes very expensive watches that he buys after claiming to be bankrupt. So you see, this is not greed, it's called justice.

97. You are missing the point #82. He was found not guilty of the criminal charges. He was found guilty and LIABLE for the civil charges in the deaths of Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman. There is no "double jeopardy".

As far as people's "thought processes" go. There are still a majority of people that believe that O.J. truly got away with murder. Our justice system let him go because the "people" hated the L.A.P.D. more than they did O.J. The LAPD was put on trial, not O.J. The only justice the victim's familys will get is through that civil judgment, for which he was found guilty.

At least if O.J. doesn't have to go to prison, he'll be punished via his pocketbook. Fair you ask? Ask Nicole Simpson's family or Ron Goldman's family. Money is a sad replacement for a loved one, but if that is the only "payback" they get from O.J., then so be it. I wouldn't want to be O.J. when the Big Guy calls my name.

82. To most people posting on this story, OJ Simpson was found not guilty by jury of his peers! He is put back on trial for damages and found guilty. Sounds like double jepordy. Does not matter whether he did do it or not, he was found not guilty. Sounds like the justice system in the US needs an overhaul along with many people's thought process. Weather I think he his guilty or not does not matter, the justice system made up of his peers say inocent.
