274. I don't understand why you say she had a day filled with photo ops!! I mean she got gas and a coffee don't regular people do that everyday?! What is she superwoman? She's human just like us!! And all the paparazzi that follow her day and night will rot in hell! When they go home at night they don't have 30 men following them! She never has peace and quiet, could you imagine having these men follow you 24/7 and i'm being dead serious. Just leave her alone damn it's simple!

TMZ should be ashamed of themselves as well making a living off of someone with obvious problems! What if your staffs dirty laundry was plastered all over the internet they wouldn't like it - would they? I don't give a damn if she's famous or not you take it to far. 276. I'm not sure how the money works here with TMZ. But I'm would think that they are getting money from all the stuff they and other websites are putting up about her. As much money they they are getting from it. I think Britney should get a little from this. Which I'm not taking up for her because I think she is making a lot of mistakes. I think if people left her along than she may so a little bit better.

277. What is wrong with you people who say, so she goes to a hotel for dinner with a friend, or there are 2 sides to every story. Face reality, this girl does not care. If someone were to tell you that you were going to lose your children if you don't make changes to your lifestyle what would you do? Would you just go out and party after a judge made you hand over your children permanently to their father? Most people who have any sense of responsibilty would not do that. She thinks her money and her fame can buy her anything. There are no consequences for her, never have been....UNTIL NOW! I think she is totally relieved to not have to worry about those kids. She just went out and about and posed everywhere she went for the pictures. She lives in a fantasy world, she always has. The biggest favor this judge could do would be to order her to rehab and not have any contact with her children until she makes serious changes to her life. I have no sympathy for this spoiled little rich girl. These celebrities young people have too much too fast and it has lead them to destruction. There are so many examples in Hollywood today. You have Leif Garrett, Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, Drew Barrymore, Robert Downey t the list goes on and on. Their are temptations to young people everywhere, but many more in the entertainment business. I believe she separated from her family because she knows what she is doing is wrong and that her parents don't/won't approve and she doesn't want anyone to change what she is doing. Sadly, if someone doesn't save this girl from herself all the money in the world is not going to keep her from dying. That is the reality of this situation. She is going to kill herself just like Anna NIcole Smith did. Another example of a sad life. There is nothing you can say to make this situation any better. I feel very sorry for her family, but someone needs to go to court to become her legal guardian before they are all going to her funeral.

I missed the part where she went out and partied after giving up her kids. i know she went tanning, and had a photo shoot or something, but monday at noon was her day to hand over the kids per their original order - can you imagine if she said "well, i have to give them up on wednesday, so im just going to keep them for 2 more days til then".. she could be arrested, so that was not her choice to give them up on Monday..

i'm sure she was sad, and i'm sure by living in this industry and being a star from a young age, she can control her emotion out in public. any one of us can sit back and say what we would do, but we haven't lived that life. if there is anyone here that has been famous, or is, then i think i would rather hear their opinion on how the "hollywood" life is, not just by reading it...

of course she is spoiled - the girl has gotten everything she ever wanted, b/c people continued to give her that, as long as she remained on top and made money it was always yes to her.. like it is with any other celebrity.... so when people take it too far, it's hard to tell them no, and tell them what to do. so it is partly her fault, but i dont think this would ever have even been an issue if she didnt file for divorce... there is no doubt she has issues, but no one would have knows if she hadnt filed. first it was leave him, do this, do that, no one is ever satisfied.

i dont necessarily think her going out for "photo ops" was the idea... if the girl simply steps foot outside, they are there, so what is she to do. the last thing a person with depression, mental illness, and/or dependency issues needs to do is stay holed up somewhere..

i just think people need to give her some space, there is plenty of other news out there - we havent heard a thing about halle berry's pregnancy, or how pregnant JLo looked at her concert last night... give it some space, already..

282. Oh and Missy these are great upstanding folks aren't they? PDiddy is a great example of a wonderful father figure isn't he. Doesn't marry his long time girlfriend and mother of his children, and has several mistresses while he is with her. What you are also failing to say is how many people in the industry have said she needs help. When the paparazzi are not following her every move she makes sure to notify them where she will be. Do you see most other people followed like she is? NO! Do you see pictures of Christina Aguilera plastered all over every magazine cover? Believe it or not, this comes with the fame. I am not saying it should be to the excess it is with her, but she begs for it. This is what she lives for. She thrives on the attention. She is an exhibitionist, haven't you seen that? As I said above, someone needs to go to court to become her legal guardian and have her put in rehab and receive the help she needs for her addictions and then to get the psychiatric help she needs for the rest of her problems. Forget all this stupid talk about her album release and her comeback. If she does not straighten out her life she will be where Anna Nicole Smith and Curt Cobain are.....DEAD! That is reality. Forget all this pity for her, she needs a wake-up call and she needs it now. Don't feel sorry for her that she is followed. Most of the time when they are photographing her she is smiling away and laughing. Did she look sad when she was photographed with no underwear on or all over that guy in the hot tub? No, she never does. This girl has been in front of a camera for so long she doesn't know how to live unless she is. It cannot be said enough, she needs help and someone, be it the judge or her family needs to take control of her and her life and make sure she gets it.
